Fantastic performance results and ease of operation.
Have only has this machine a couple of weeks but it has transformed all my carpets into renewed colour vitality and cleanliness. The stair tool with it's various brush heads which can be rotated with ease to ensure entire coverage of stairs and was a breeze to operate. My upholstery has come up like new. The two programs, deep clean or express clean are a great innovation. I'm totally impressed and feel it has been a fabulous investment and friend for life!

I had 2 of my rugs professionally cleaned 2 weeks ago, and was very impressed with how much dirt and cat fur came out. I was contemplating getting the rest of the house cleaned, but saw this machine advertised on TVSN, with free shipping, and free solutions. I compared the price, and it was cheaper than the local shops so I ordered it.

I first saw this product on TVSN and was instantly intrigued. Could this product really work as well as they say on tv? I watched numerous videos and read dozens of reviews and decided that maybe I should believe the hype. id watch a few videos to make sure I was doing every thing correctly. It comes with some sample solution which is great as there are many different types of solution. I recommend the blossom and breeze which can usually be picked up on sale on ebay or amazon. The first time we used the product was in the rental we had moved into only a few months before. The previous tenants had the carpets professionally cleaned but it seems not well enough! The amount of dirt and hair that came out of the carpets was amazing (and disgusting)! The carpets took quite a while to dry as we used the deeper setting however you can use express which uses less water. The machine was easy to use and although it's quite large it maneuvers well. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it!Purchased in February 2021 at eBay.

Average machine, leaks when idle
I saw the ad and was so excited, however it leaks when idle and doesn’t do a great job cleaning. Cumbersome to use.
It is great that you can pull apart to clean all the small gaps though, very easy to remove pet hair from the machine.

I would have to say, I was not a Bissell fan before I bought this unit. I went into this purchase worried about the reliability and functionality. I researched this unit and all it’s competition.
I’m not at all disappointed with this product. Quite the opposite, gets dirt, filth and stink out of your carpets. Just clean them often and as soon as there’s an accident.
Saved rugs I was going to throw out and they came up brand new.
So good, I recommended this to my Aunty. She bought one too and loves it.
Read the instructions, watch some YouTube vids and be informed about your product. So, you know how it works. Don’t be lazy and skip your instruction manual or videos.

Easy to use
I have just used the Bissell Proheat 2x Revolution Pet 2066f to clean the carpet in my bedrooms. As per the instructions I vacuumed first with my Dyson V6 Absolute. I vacuumed until no more pet hair or dust was picked up. I then used the Bissell and was shocked at the amount of pet hair the Dyson missed. The Bissell picked enough dog hair out of the carpet to fill the Dyson several times over and this was after vacuuming thoroughly! using the deep clean mode the carpets are thoroughly refreshed and almost look new. The bissell out performed the Rug doctor and the Britex cleaners I had used in the past in terms of cleaning ability and ease of use but left the carpet slightly wetter. The Bissell came with a ton of accessories and trial cleaning solutions and is well worth the money. Their is enough of each solution type to do a few rooms. The machine is easy to clean with warm water. You must use water at or below 60 degrees You do have to be careful not to treat it like a vacuum cleaner and move it too quickly as the handling is so good it feels and manovuers like a good uprightSimilar opinion? My Bissell leaks while idle... Should I return it or do they all do it?

I have noticed this with mine but it's intermittent. I've used a Hoover with the same problem... maybe they are all inclined to leaking. I move it onto hard flooring when idle rather than on the carpet just in case it does leak.
It's covered with a two year warranty so I would contact Bissell customer care and have them sort it out for you - phone 1300 BISSELL (247735). Could be a simple issue with the clean water tank.

The Odour/Stain remover seem expensive, can generic cleaning liquids be used?

Only the Bissell formula can be used in the machine, otherwise warranty will be voided. The Bissell formulas are x2 concentrated - and are biodegradable, plus safe for pets, children & asthmatics. They are designed for their machines specifically, for best results.
Only use Bissell formulas. Generic products may cause damage and may not work effectively.
