Good
Generally speaking Blackmores is a famous brand for its good quality. This cod liver oil is a good healthy supplment with a reasonable price. It is usualy easy available in most of the supermarket and chemist. I've taken it daily for a long term as I heard of that taking this is good for improving eye sight. I end up benefit from it more than I originally expected for a better calcium absorbtion and health immune system.
Cod liver oil is a good resource of Vitamins A and D and omega-3 acids. This Blackmores Cod liver oil has a good quality price ratio.

How much omega 3 and vitamin A are in each capsule? It would be helpful so that I don't overdose on vitamin A as most food contains Vit A already.
