Started to see positive results after 2 months .
Feeling run down, tired and definitely not motivated . Along with this I felt like I couldn’t grasp or think quick enough memory wise . It was as if I was processing things in slow motion . Anyway cut the story short . Take one after lunch, followed later by a vitamin D and probiotic before bed ( 4 years ). Pretty accurate to say the multi has made me feel more lively and increased my appetite. Now it’s up you what you chose to stuff in your face . No problem with constipation or any side effects . I’ve tried and committed to so many vitamins in the past but by far I recommend these multi vitamins ! So much I wrote a review
