I needed tyres urgently after getting a defect notice from the police. I called another tyre dealership (starts with B).
They couldn’t get the tyres I needed for a few days.
I then called Bob Jane in Hoppers Crossing and they instantly said they had what I needed and to come on over.
The guys at the counter were so nice and friendly and the customer service was excellent.
My car was done straight away and wheels aligned.
And the cost was $400 less than the dealer starting with B quoted me.
And I get a free alignment again in 3-months! And a book full of future discounts!
I’ll be using Bob Jane for tyres and associated services solely from now on.

I have just purchased a wheel and tyre package from bob jane t mart at Plympton SA and was extremely happy with the service provided. They offered great advice and did a great deal on a package. Definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

I shopped around for a new set of tyres for my Mitsubishi Verada Xi. The ones that were on it had been there since new (18 years) so they were excellent value for money. I knew what I wanted. Good price, not noisy, good road grip and long-lasting.

I narrowed it down to Bob Jane and K Mart. Both made me a good offer but Bob Janes offered me more aftercare service so I went there and got a set of Continentals.

Their grip is fantastic, they were relatively quiet (depending on the road surface) and the price was right. Long-lasting? So far they have hardly any wear and tear. Good on you Bob Jane.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received when I purchased my new tyres at Bob Jane Devonport. The boys know their products and were very helpful and courteous to a middle aged lady! I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I am always treated with respect and receive the best advice.

I have bought new tires on my Toyota land cruiser LC 200 at the TARINGA Bob Jane Tmart. Milton who owns the distributorship works with his two sons and he provides excellent service. I deposited the car in and waited, Milton provided me with coffee and a chat. when the new tires were installed, Milton provided me with discount. Simply amazing service I would go back there forever.

I have recently had my tyre service done at Bob Jane T-Mart Browns Plains in Brisbane. As always I was treated with a smile and excellent service for my ageing car. I always purchase my tyres at Bob Jane Browns Plains, as I know I will be advised to make the best choice. The staff there are always happy to check and put air in my tyres in between services as I am unable to do this myself. I would not go anywhere else as I am treated so well and I know my tyres are legal and in good order. Its one less worry when you get older!

I was booked in for 8 am, for 2 new rear tyres.
I watched while 3 guys took off the wheels and changed the tyres.
I drove away at 8.14 am.
I paid less than the advertised web site price.
I have not seen service like this for years.
Must have been my lucky day to get 5***** customer treatment.

I had 4 tyres fitted with the works from the Devonport Tas Branch today 31/7/19 I would like to highly commend Shane and his team for the very quick and efficient service. I have now dealt with this Branch for a number of years, as has my wife and I would not even think about going anywhere else. Got four new tyres and a full wheel alignment done on my Pajero while I waited at Bob Janes Lawnton, QLD. As usual, the service was excellent, the pricing very competitive (better than competitors in my opinion), the staff were very helpful, efficient and highly professional, and the work done on the vehicle was of the highest standard. This standard of excellence is what I have come to expect of Bob Jane T- Marts throughout my 30 years of driving Australian roads.

So I needed a new wheel for my Volvo . They helped me find one second hand to save money and then changed it for free ! So quickly as well so I didn’t even have to leave my car . Love the customer service !

I ordered tyres on special at Bob Jane in Bunbury WA.Just before I was due for fitting I was told the tyres had not arrived. I went to see if they could help me out with a deal on other tyres, but the franchisee very arrogantly said it was not his fault and would not help in any way.
This is the last time that a long time customer will ever use Bob Jane tyres again
