Bodum Joycup

I bought a Joycup in August. I have only used it a few times, before I washed, dried and put it away in September. I took it out again on the 1st October and noticed the cup was dirty. I realised that water and coffee had seeped inside the double wall. I checked for cracks but couldn’t find any. I have not dropped the cup. If I had, I couldn’t find any cracks on the outside. I expected the cup to last longer than two months. I have owned a few other travel cups in the other brands for a few years. It’s disappointing that a Bodum branded cup failed to last longer than two months. I also have other Bodum kitchen ware (Frykat, Chambord), but this has tarnished my perception of quality when it comes to Bodum.
