I am a fan of eyeshadows, although my eyes are very sensitive to most products, but this product never ever game me any problem. It is hypoallergenic, paraben- and fragrance-free.
The colour is an intense dramatic blue: perfect for my hazel eyes!
Usually I use it wet as an eye pencil during the day, or as an eyeshadow for a more evening look.
