Not Happy Jan
On 9/12/2019 I ordered a set of 6 books for my granddaughter for Christmas. So far 3 packages have arrived (7 weeks on) with 1 book still outstanding. Have now cancelled the last book & sourced it elsewhere. I now have 1 very disappointed granddaughter & I'm 1 very unhappy grandma. Only contact with Booktopia has been instigated by me. Chose them because they were an Australian company but guess I'll now have to order books from overseas for customer service. Just hope it doesn't take as long for my refund!
In the short amount of time I left myself to get this gift I was extremely happy that Booktopia and the delivery company arrived as promised as the email communication covered it all while keeping me at ease. Happy with the book, really delivered on the expectations I was expecting from the synopsis and quite affordable. Ready to order another and get the benefits being a Qantas rewards member.

My first time ordering from NZ and I was highly impressed with both the prices of the books (even when doing the currency exchange rate) and the speed of delivery - less than a week. It was so good, I just had to place another order!

Once again after not learning my lesson, I thought I would give Booktopia another chance and Guess what !!!! Same crap service as the last 3 times !! These guys are so shocking I would suggest taking your business else were, they never inform you about your purchase order, they tell you 7 - 10 business days and when you phone them after the 10 days they tell you 2- 3 weeks. This must be the worst service I have ever received in my life, but again Im to blame thought I would have learnt by the third time not to use them
The ordering procedure was straightforward and my order arrived within an extremely short time of having placed my order. Even the delivery instructions for if nobody was home to collet the order. I will certainly be using them again

Best place to buy books
Booktopia has a wide range of books, plenty of stock and if no stock the lead time is not massive. I received my order in 3 days. Perfect condition.
Prices are very reasonable compared with Amazon.
I bought a book last week and was kept informed all along the way : when the order was received with a reference number, when it was dispatched and when to expect the delivery. It arrived as expected, very well packaged. I t is not the first time I have bought a book from Booktopia and I certainly will again
