Hi,
The gas supply was disconnected and it has been turned on now. But, I don't get hot water anymore. Is it because the unit has reset and you need reignite it? How do I turn it on?

Make sure POWER is still going to unit and that controller is on and there are no error messages. Press and hold POWER button on the controller to reset unit.

Our Bosch 26e unit is installed in the wall directly behind the main bedroom bed. This wouldn't be an issue except the unit beeps 7-8 times every time the hot water is turned on after being off for a few minutes. Very frustrating in the middle of the night! Is this beeping normal and is there any way to turn it off?

I’ve had a Bosch 26e for roughly 3 to 4 years and it’s always worked fine until out of the blue the temperature dropped,it’s only just hot enough to have a shower without turning the cold on at all. The heater must not only be connected to the gas supply but it must also be plugged into an electrical power point. There is no pilot light, the gas is ignited by an electrical spark. It won't operate without power.

Hello there. How do i turn up heating temperature, please?
The temperature is set to 55C. You can raise the set temperature to 65C by changing a jumper setting inside the heater. You will need to consult the heater operating manual to figure that out.
How do I light the gas in my 26E?
You don't, it lights itself. It must be plugged into mains electricity.

we have a highflow 26e for a few years now and it keeps trying to light but then goes out again. it is not staying on. it does try to reset and the water will go hot again but only for half a minute and water goes cold again. Any ideas?

These allow you to set a water temperature lower than the standard 55 degrees Celsius. I believe setting a lower temperature (I use 40C for my shower) lessens the demand for gas. Any good handyman can install these controllers but you need the 26e manual to know where the wires connect.

Can you really pre-set the current high flow to 60 degrees?
I had a high flow for almost 20 years and loved it because I could have 60 degree water in the kitchen if I wanted it. It could even be set higher than that but was seldom used.
I am desperate to get a gas instantaneous that will let me choose the pre-set tempos about 60.
