As long as the installation instructions are followed there would be no ramifications to the warranty coverage. If something goes wrong and it is related to the installation, that is not covered by the warranty, regardless of who installed it or the age of the appliance.

There are a number of reasons for this to occur. We would recommend making sure the detergent is suitable and that the glasses are dishwasher safe. Some rinse aid can also help along with a hotter cycle.

When I select Quick wash, my timer is showing 44 mins instead of 29 and I have not selected any other additional options. How can I fix this?

The quick wash will default to 44 minutes when the appliance has no rinse aid in it. The extra time is allotted for air drying.
