Vacuum Cleaners Buying Guide
Our buying guide will explain which type of vacuum cleaner would suit you most, how much you can expect to pay for one, and which features are worth looking out for.
Window Track cleaning
I loved the vacuum on the tiles it was light weigh no cords to get tangles ir pull out if the wall.
I believe it cut my vacuuming time in half which is a time saver.
I was amazed at the quietness of the cleaner
Excellent between cleans light vacuum cleaner
This is a good cordless vacuum cleaner:
It does upstairs and downstairs with charge still left
Copes with tile and wooden floors as well as rugs. Though it prefers rugs more.
Excellent feature being able to use it as a hand held vacuum as well.
Stands well by itself to charge, no need to wall mount anything.
The roller brush pulls out easily from the head for easy cleaning.
Negatives: ...Emptying the barrel is dusty and it fills fast so needs to be done frequently. When I start it a puff of dust comes out as though the seal of the barrel and the mount is not secure. But settles then and does not continue doing that. I consider it an excellent vacuum for using on a daily basis, but I still depend on my bigger vacuum for the the regular weekly clean.
BEST VACUUM EVER
I have five floors, an elevator and 6 flights of stairs ALL TILE. I love this vacuum. It's light and easy to use. It picks up dirt in my media room from three kids, and I am stickler for floor cleaning. Thank you for making it. My life is better now. :)
Purchased in June 2021 for $193.00.
Bought this Bosch vacuum because our traditional barrell unit was just too bulky and inconvenient to use.
The Bosch allows us to quickly deal with a mess without having to manage extension cords and drag around a bulky machine.
The ability to unclip the handheld mini vacuum is fantastic for the car or dealing with difficult to reach areas.
Our house is carpeted only in bedrooms and tiled elsewhere and thus unit works great in both.
This is a far better buy than the robot vacuum cleaner we bought years ago!
Purchased in May 2021 for $219.00.
After reading the reviews on here I was deciding on this vacuum, another Electrolux or the Bosch animal. I Love this vacuum. I bought a Dyson but I have a shoulder injury and nerve damage so I couldn’t use the Dyson with the weight distribution at the top. It was too heavy and difficult for me.
This vacuum however is heavier than the Dyson but so so much better in terms of how the weight is distributed that it feels lighter. The suction is fantastic. I was going to buy the Bosch animal but it was too heavy for me.

Good in general BUT!!!!
I have owned this vacuum now for six months and cannot change the original review so I am writing a new one. My first impressions were very positive but I can now confidently say that while this vacuum is good in general it is definitely not good for the following:
1) Not good on tile floors
2) Not good for edge cleaning
3) Not good for any bigger debris that would be cleanable with a normal bagged vacuum.
It would also benefit from having additional tools (brushes etc). If your home is small and carpeted throughout this would suit you down to the ground. Still a good vacuum but I now wish I had spent the extra money on a Dyson.

Everything I Ever Hoped For
I purchased my Bosch Readyy'y last week online and it arrived at the end of the week. I know I haven't had it for long and therefore cannot comment on the longevity of the product but it is exactly what I needed. I had been searching for a cordless stick vacuum for quite a while but couldn't decide on anything. I came across AppliancesOnline.com.au in the middle of their EOFY sale and saw this vacuum for $218 (down from $399). I did a little bit of research and decided on it and I'm so happy I did.
The Bosch Readyy'y is lightweight, quite eas...
Has replaced my corded vacuum
Ok, had this vacuum for over 2 months and it was intended as a backup for in between cleans but has basically replaced my corded vacuum entirely. Manouverable, light, little unit that sits next to the washing machine with the broom and mop ( both of which are also getting less use). I have a large 2 bed unit and have never run out of charge during a full clean. The hand held is good for the stairs and the car too. You have to empty after each use but small price to pay for the convenience of grabbing it whenever and not having drag out the big vacuum. Good price, good product, does the job.

Great cordless vacuum cleaner
I purchased this to replace my Ergorapido 18V (the battery died and it was too expensive to replace). I'm extremely happy with the performance. Easy charging straight into the cleaner without a charging station. Light and easy to use. It works well on hard surfaces and carpet and has great suction. Also you can stand it up anywhere, unlike Ergorapido which would only stand on its charging station. Very easy to empty and clean. It doesn't manouvre as well as the Ergorapio, but I am very happy with its performance.
Questions & Answers
Just purchased one for
My mum. How long does it take to charge? How do you know when it’s fully charged please?
What is the duration on warranty on the battery? I understand some brands consider batteries as consumables and only offer 3 month warranty on battery and 2 year on the vacuum cleaner. Is Bosch the same. What is the warranty on the battery for this model? Cheers!
