We didn't need a new oven but when we came across this one we just needed to upgrade. We love it, no regrets. It cooks great and it is nice and quiet, We really like the rapid pre-heat and the four way cooking style. Our last oven, was still working great but it took a long time to pre-heat and the cooking time was a lot longer too.

This is a great looking oven and it cooks perfectly. It's quick to heat up and the display and controls are easy to use. I especially like the soft close door and nice smooth action on the tray rollers. We haven't had an opportunity yet to use some of the functions, but overall it's a breeze to use.

Happy with the Oven so far, have had it for 2 months now, very efficient.
Carried out a pyrolytic clean, now the runners are very rough, manual does not state to remove but can slide in enamel tray to clean so runners need to be left in for this.
Several emails have been sent but no response to date, Support via phone which is in the UK stated they cannot assist and to email support!

Bosch finally responded, a tech has replaced the runners and sent back to Bosch.
Lesson learnt, do not carry out a Pyrolytic clean with runners installed, apparently some clips are available as an accessory if you want to leave the enamel trays in to be cleaned.

We are very happy with our Bosch appliance they are great looking and cooks very well, we bought double ovens and 8 and 6 series and 8 series induction cook top. our only issue was the cash back offer, still after 2 months no eftpos card which on their web site said was dispatched. i have sent 3 contact forms and not even a reply from them, this obviously would factor in buying any bosch products again as not to sure what customer support would be like.. and then intern resorts to social media and reviews like this which can only hurt companies.

expecting a high end cooking product and brand and feel like im cooking on an open fire place- fluctuation in temps- food taking 3 time longer to cook and still some parts rare- on contacting the service dept was the worst with no help what so ever- NEVER AGAIN. i ended up being very happy with the Good Guys and their experience and advice on selecting a new Oven package- Happy Days again- its a shame word of mouth detailing brands and companies can cause hard times, but if the likes of Harvey Norman are more interested in $$$ and not customer satisfaction then bad luck

Delivery and setup were very efficient. The electrician, though, couldn't help me set up the time and some of the processes needed for use and I found that bit quite tricky; but reading the instructions and going through the processes several times - I eventually had the oven set up ready to go. The dial in the middle is a little bit finicky (but looks good). It heats up in minutes - which has been a fabulous time-saver. (Previous oven took at least 20mins to heat up) and its different heat settings are all great. It cooks the food fabulously! I'm really pleased with the efficiency of this oven.

Excellent oven! My wife and I purchased this oven twelve months ago and it has been one of the best additions to the house. Intuitive, easy to use buttons and menu. Gets up to temperature within a few minutes and the fan turns off when the door is open. Would recommend to anyone looking at renovating and updating their kitchen.

I really like the controls on this bosch oven. I was a bit concerned at first with it being so different from my old oven. I haven't used a lot of the features yet, but it cooks roasts, cakes, and casseroles well. You can control the temperature very precisely with the rotating dial and as such I've also used it on lower temp to roast fresh cashews. I haven't used the cleaning function yet but I'm looking forward to seeing results. I got this oven quite cheaply as it was a display model.

Brought this oven a year ago and it was installed 7/12/15. When we first used the oven we had ERROR message E5116 and E5135.I lodged a service call and the repairman came and checked the oven and couldn't find anything wrong. It has worked ok until 17/11/16 when half way through cooking lunch it stopped working. I reported this to Bosch on Monday 19/11/16 and a few days later a service man came and took the oven to the workshop. They can't fix it and are going to replace it. It is now 7/12/16 and I'm still waiting to hear from Bosch as to when this might happen.Not happy.

I bought two of these ovens and was a bit disappointed at first because the control rings were difficult to use and erratic in operation. After talking to Bosch and learning that the control rings are removable for cleaning I decided to try that. The rings removed easily enough and there was no dirt or grit under them, not surprising as the ovens were new and virtually unused. When I re-inserted the rings it was a transformation. The controls are a terrific to use and I love the rapid heating function. These ovens are fantastic (and I haven't used the pyro cleaning yet), very pleased with my choice.

How disappointing it is when we followed all instructions on how to set up our brand new Bosch oven for use, and when we turn it on, we get this error message. When we called the 24hours a day, 7 days a week technician number - he tells us to call between 8.30am and midnight Monday to Friday. It's Saturday afternoon and we have a heap of people coming for dinner to be cooked in our brand new oven. Not!!!
How very unhappy we are.
