If you press the speed perfect button (bottom left of the display) this will get the cycle completed as soon as possible but will use more energy and water. See page 14 of your user manual to see what other cycles can use this option.

Turning off the tap is an extra safety measure. The Aqua secure is a device to assist with flooding but in the unlikely event it fails, turning off the tap will mitigate the risk.

We would recommend checking the drain pump and the drain hose for obstructions. Even maybe where the drain hose connects to your drain pipe. If there is nothing there then a service call would be required to investigate further.

There is no heavy duty wash cycle on this appliance, it all depends on the fabric the items are made out of. Most of the time the Cottons program, designed for hard-wearing fabrics, heat-resistant fabrics made of cotton or linen will do well. You can increase the temperature to a maximum 90 degrees.

If it's not starting a cycle at all we would recommend to check the door is shutting completely, It can take a few times to realise how much force is needed to shut it correctly. If there are any other indicators on the display flashing or lit up it may give you a better idea of what to look at.

If you're talking about the capacity of our appliances then it all depends on the amount of washing you do, we can't really recommend on that alone. These are also the ones with the least amount of different functions.

If it happens during the draining/spin cycle then it's probably a blockage somewhere. If you check the drain pump and drain hose connection and there's nothing there then it might be further in and can only be resolved by a service technician.
