Very dissapointed, we bought this machine through Harvey Norman Emerald.
Only 2 months old and it has a faulty logic board. I am now left with no washing machine. Havey Norman will not replace and Bosch only repair. I will wait and see how long? I will not buy another Bosch and am so dissapointed that a big store like Harvey Norman can not replace a NEW machine. We purchased our dishwasher and Gas oven through them at the same time!

Mixed feelings
i think the machine is limited by not allowing full loads on the delicate cycle. Sometimes i do want to wash a large delicate item/s. I hadnt realised that when i bought it. in general it is still running well after two years.

Pretty good
I bought this from Harvey Norman in April. Have used it a few times a week and really impressed by how quiet it is and that is does such a great job. Only complaint so far is today the machine tripped the fuse a few times when turning it on at the wall. I live in Canberra so I'm putting this down to moisture in the laundry. Other than that it is well worth the money. German flag on front is a bit of a trick. Machine made in china, engineered in Germany….. Well that seem to get away with that.
Quiet, efficient, reliable.

Impressed so far.
Still getting used to this machine after my terrible front loading Whirlpool. I was tossing up between this one and one similar. The other one was at the Good Guys and only had 2 options instead of 6. It is extremely water wise and efficient. I have worked out not to use as much detergent as before because it uses less water. For washing towels I do use the rinse plus cycle and then put the towels in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff them up before I put them on the line. s machine has more options to change water temp if you want and the silk wash is great. It is also so quiet. Don't get caught up in big spin speeds eg: 1400rpm, they are great if you have a big machine and big family. But for a 7kg wash machine the 1200rpm is all you need. I often put mine back to 1000. So far I am impressed. My old dryer is on the way out, I will definitely consider a Bosche. Value for money, quiet. Uses much less detergent. Has great options for cycles. Nothing yet7 comments

Remove the detergent drawer completely and side the insert forward (downwards)
