This is by far the worst insurance company I have EVER been with. They found ways to get out of both claims that I attempted to make. Don’t waste your money!!!

After having accident plus insurance for over 5 years I never envisioned needing it. Our little man Thief sustained a nasty fall from a great height, requiring an anxious trip to an emergency vet. The vet was able to put in a claim immediately, and the stress of having a huge financial burden was eliminated. Our cover was approved almost immediately. Making a very traumatic time easier to deal with for the whole family.

Paddington is almost 11 and we have always had health insurance for him. It gives us peace of mind and means we can always provide him with the best care. We’ve submitted a claim on three occasions and have received, fair, expedient and empathetic service from Bow Wow Meow, for which I am sincerely grateful. My dog ingested foreign object requiring urgent medical attention. We first took him to the vet followed with overnight stay in Animal Emergency. Few days after submitting the claim, BWM processed the claim as per the policy without delay. Glad that the accident policy covers 80% of emergency costs. Appreciate they included injested items because that's what my dog did and we needed over 1000 worth of costs covered. Would prefer if they did direct payment to the vet and we pay the difference rather than reimbursing because it took a few weeks to get the cheque back.

Maximus is a young mini schnauzer had has had a hard time over the summer months. Two emergency visits and a few vet bills were uncles consistently and quickly by Bow Wow and we have been absolutely delighted with the cover we chose.

Our dog was bitten by an Eastern Brown snake. She fortunately survived. The cost of Emergency Care was significant. Also it was after hours. Our claim was easy to submit, and was paid promptly without requiring any further correspondence. Would highly recommend them.

Initial on sign up the process was easy and there was a promo offer, The second year renewal notification arrives and its a 30% higher premium. Sorry but that is just not on, you are taking advantage of people and no lame reasons they you offer justify that much of an increase.

So glad we took out cover for our pet from the start. Easy to claim and monitor with Bow Wow Meow’s pet portal and communication and claims are settled quickly and efficiently. Based on past experience I highly recommend.

My giant breed dog has had some major health issues this year which have been difficult to resolve. I have had to make several claims and I have found Bow Wow Meow to be very efficient in their processing of those claims. It has certainly removed the financial stress from our situation. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend BWM.
