Recently my dog had to visit a specialist centre to have an airway surgery. I claimed through GapOnly - it was quick and efficient. It left me to pay the left over balance which is a great stress reliever to not have to pay the full amount and wait for reimbursement.
I have never had any issues or complaints when claiming through my insurance.

We covered our young pup for accident and illness and we CHOSE to be covered for 70% of vet expenses - although you must be sure to read and understand any exclusions, caps and yearly limits. When our pup became gravely ill, only a matter of months after taking out insurance, that is exactly what BWM paid, to the cent. . We were kept informed, the claims lodged on our behalf by the vet and the whole process was very reassuring and smooth. No quibbling, no arguments.

I haven't had pet insurance before, but bought this policy last year for my mini Schnauzer puppy Roisin. Unexpectedly she needed a procedure and surgery in February this year. Although it wasn't a big operation it cost in the thousands and I was glad I took out the 80% cover, no excess option. Claiming was easy through the website. I highly recommend this cover, and advise people to read details of all policies carefully when choosing which insurer and which cover option. Really happy I took it out, the premium isn't cheap but well worth it and I will definitely keep this policy going for the life of my beloved pup.

My dog had spinal surgery and costs were covered quickly and efficiently. I have been with Bow Wow for 10 years. I have 2 dogs and both have had orthopedic surgery. No need to look elsewhere for a great company.

My dog has lymphoma since nov 18. The treatment is weekly and the cost is hugh. I was very worry that i cant help her and will loss her very soon. Luckily i can submit my claim online very easy and i can do it any time and any where. Plus the fast process, i can claim back my money fast. My cat got very sick which cost me around $10k. The claim Covered most of my out of pocket expenses. The claims process was easy. The consultants kept me updated with the progress of my claim application and provided regular updates. I would highly recommend.

Vet lodged my forms for me, within a few weeks I was paid out. No questions were asked as it was my first claim I was worried what I would receive back. Very happy with their process.

Our Shetland Sheepdog Honey has been insured with BWM since late 2010, then at age eight (8) months. We have had very good relations with and service from BWM since then, and Honey has had rather more than his fair share of issues. But I do object to the pettifogging red-tape sometimes encountered with his business. Most recently I had a simple query addressed to them by e-mail, but back came a response that for "privacy reasons" what is the date of birth? Mine (his owner) or his, I queried? Turns out they require MY date of birth - Dog knows why or what this has to do with things. Tiny things like this can sour a relationship, and I still await a response to my enquiry. It's disappointing.

Lodged my first claim for my German Shepherd. During a stressful time bow wow insurance were so fast and efficient and made the bill the least stressful part - we were reimbursed for 70% of the bill within 4 days. The peace of mind plan is definitely worth the price. I will definitely be recommending this pet insurance and taking out policies for my future pets with them.

Have had my dog insured for 1 year, he is about to turn 2.
I have made no claims and his yearly insurance has gone up from $449 to over $600!!
What a joke! will I be paying over $800 next year.

I have been with Bow Wow Meow pet insurance for my Cavalier "Ruby" for 6 years now and I have never had a problem anytime I have made a claim. Simple process, around 80% each time and no hassles at all. Worth it for peace of mind.

Having 4 dogs insured with bow wow meow and never really having to claim on them over the past 4/5 years, that all changed this year when one of our dogs went through a nightmare year with claim after claim of unrelated condition. Bow wow meow have paid out over $4,500 to us this year. I cant express how relieved we are to have the insurance in place, we have a few more claims to make before (fingers crossed) we can get a break from the vets and I also have everything crossed bow wow meow will pay them out as quickly as they have done the rest.

The so-called team of veterinarians of this company called the operation to remove the testes due to the threat of cancer in my dog as usual castration and, relying on my policy, agreed to return $ 50 only. Castration $ 350, the operation that my dog needs $ 1300, payments in case of cancer - $ 0 because it is not treated in animals. In this case, it remains to watch your pet slowly dying.

The process was clearly explained and fair. The claim was quickly paid. Can’t ask for more than that.i would end this review now except they don’t accept less than thirty words. This is the only complaint I have with Bow Wow Meow.

We unfortunately had to make a few claims for our Pet Shiloh. However, Bow Wow Meow let insurance has an easy claims procedure which is fast, efficient and claims are settled in a timely fashion.
