Been with Bow Wow for 12 months now. Good value, easy to use portal and making claims. Renewing policy went up a lot, nearly cancelled but offered 3 months free which made it affordable. Would recommend.

I always recommend Bow Wow Meow pet insurance when asked. They are very easy to deal with, and provide excellent value for money. I wish I had my first dog insured with them too.

I have been very happy with the cover I have received through Bow Wow Meow insurance. My dog developed a form of skin cancer and the policy has covered her chemotherapy which would otherwise have been a heavy financial burden in our family. Claims have been rapidly processed and the link to vet computer systems makes making a claim easy.

It is very expensive but compared to other Insurances you at least pay back claims, heaps of companies refuse it.

Making a claim with BWM is easy and uncomplicated. The claims portal is easy to use. My claims are always explained clearly and I always receive the refund I am expecting. Good value for money.

It has been a very easy process to setup my pets cover from the beginning and to make claims. The claims are taking 1 to 2 weeks once lodged by my vet, directly to Bow Wow on my behalf. The benefits are as advertised, 80% of the bills, up to the limit allowed. I have had cover for just 1 year, with my fur baby having several issues in the last few months, all have been covered.

Bow Wow’s Pet Portal is so streamlined and customer friendly, it takes all the work out of claiming. We have had a lot of bills recently and I have been gobsmacked at how fast and efficiently our claims have been successfully processed.

I have been with BWM for 2 years with no claims up until recently. I was not sure what to expect (based on feedback on this site) but am happy to report that my claim was processed, approved and paid in a very reasonable timeframe (given the current circumstances).

Always have a good experience with Bow Wow. Would not be without Pet Insurance. It allows me to never have to choose to try and save my beloved pet if it comes down to that.

The policy is good value, I hope my premiums don't increase substantially due to the claim. Submitting the claim was effortless and the outcome was very pleasing and in a timely manner.

Having reluctantly made the grudge purchase of cat insurance for my 6-month-old kitten in early December 2022, little did I know that it was the best choice that I could have financially made during the typically costly Christmas period.
