Still waiting
Well, by reading all the bad reviews I feel a bit worried about my order. Despite the high delivery fees ($12) my order still not on the way. I have ordered from different companies, from overseas and my orders have been delivered quicker... I just don’t get it, there’s no information about the shipment and the delivery fees are so expensive for the service I got.
I am from Melbourne so maybe I can come to your warehouse and get the shoes?

Slow to dispatch
Ordered some 3 pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago, and order has not yet been dispatched. Had a live chat and was advised that orders may take 4-8 business days and that this was business day 6. Had an email response at Business day 9 to say the order would be dispatched any day. Now at end of Business day 11 and still no dispatch for any of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered.
This is a particular long time for items that I assumed were in stock. I could possibly understand if one pair were outstanding, but nothing has been dispatched.
There should be some feedback as to why there is a delay.
I also think that they should include the Dispatch advice (4-8 business days) in their order confirmation email.

Return of shoes too small
Due to Covid19 most retailers were closed so I thought I'd buy a pair of shoes online from an Australian business. I don't usually buy shoes online because I'd like to try them on. I am having a terrible experience with Brand House Direct. Their customer service is nothing to boast about, as the shoes are a size too small, even though I am always a 7, it looks like I need an 8 for this shoes! The process of a simple exchange is too painful and time consuming. I had faster responses and easier exchanges from overseas companies who exceeded my expectations and always put customers first. I will never deal with Brand House Direct.

6 business days to dispatch.
Only order if you can wait and wait and wait!!! No option for express post for obvious reasons!!! It took 6 business days for this company to put my shoes in a box and create a postage label. So slow!!! I got a slow response when I asked about shipping so I will never order from this slow and unhelpful company. [name removed] said "expect dispatch in 4-8 business days from our Melbourne warehouse". I couldn't find anything about dispatch times, just delivery times which stated 5-7 business days for delivery not dispatch. Shoes I received are as advertised. Brand House Direct were sadly very disappointing but Aus post did a great job despite parcel volumes!

2 WEEKS AND NOTHING!
I ordered a pair of Doc Martens 2 weeks ago and I Have not received anything. I have called three times with the first two calls ensuring me it would be sent by COB that day, after 7 business days on my third call they 'checked with the warehouse', i then received an email saying they were mistaken and it would take 8 Days max. worst on line retailer ever 19 days since supposed despatch but nothing has arrived so far, has refused refund so far as apparently no one has the authority to process refunds there must be someone in the organisation that can do that . Keeps wanting to blame Australia post but item shows no sign of having left Melbourne. Customer service is very unhelpful when contacted

Aren’t customers important anymore
Very poor customer service that’s left me feeling so disappointed it hurts. I needed help with a discount code and I emailed BHD a couple times before the Voucher code expired. No one ever responded to my emails. I also needed to return a pair of shoes I had recently purchased but no one bothered with that either. Now the discount code is expired and now i can’t return the shoes because it’s past the 30 day and now I don’t have the shoes I had my heart set on. Impressed with the timely delivery. Unimpressed with the shipping cost.
I ordered a pair of Docs from Brand House Direct and they were delivered to me the next day! BHD had the best online price too. The only complaint I have is that I spent $185 and was still charged for delivery. I almost didn’t order from them because of that. But all in all I’m pretty happy. 4/5 stars.

Terrible Service
It's more than a week I have placed order for 2 items no update nothing from them and since last 2-3 days I am asking them when will they dispatch it? everyday they are saying Today by COB. but I have't got any update yet.
Now I received email from them saying "unforeseen inventory error unfortunately we are unable to supply one item" and because of that I am asking them to cancel my order they are not even canceling it and not even giving me any update on it.
Terrible service do not buy anything from BRAND HOUSE DIRECT!!!

Hopeless.. shocking customer service
Terrible service.. canceled order but they still sent package. I delivered to Post Office return to sender.. but brandhouse wanted me to pay return post costs. What a joke of a company.. shocking service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Faulty Sandals
Was sent faulty Skecher sandals, the thong was way too lose so sent them back & provided photos. They had obviously been returned before, the insole labels were stuck to the tissue. Refused to refund postage ($36) & denied they were faulty. Definitely seconds!

Deceptive product reviews- their system seems to not accept or publish less that 4 or 5* ratings.
I just tried to leave genuine feedback for 2 pairs of shoes that I had just received and it seems that Brandhouse Direct's review system will not accept below 4 star ratings! I then realised that,, up until now ALL the feedback on this site, on all their shoes is nothing less than 4-5 stars! ... how is that even possible?
When I raised this with Brandhouse Direct, they stated that " not all reviews are 5 stars" .... and it appears that a small percentage of 4 stars has also been allowed/filtered through.
This is misleading and deceptive conduct, buyers are influenced by feedback and we expect it to be genuine and NOT filtered and misleading!

TERRIBLE - 10 DAYS AND NOTHING
Placed my order for men's shoes on 7 February. I was advised to expect dispatch from Melbourne within 4-8 business days & to expect an email with a tracking number. It's now 21 Feb Sydney time, the 10th business day & the status of the order is still showing "ordered" only. Has NOT even advanced to "Order Ready". TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I read a few more reviews and contacted customer service the next day - no answer via phone, so I tried the Live Chat on the website. I was again told it would be 4-8 business days, but she offered to put a note on my order asking for it to be sent as a priority from the warehouse. I don't know if this made the difference, but I received my order in time for my trip - it arrived a week after purchase! Very happy with the shoes, they were great on our trip overseas! Overall a happy customer, but I do agree with other reviewers that the customer service isn't great (they don't answer the phone) but was helped in a timely manner none the less. Its been 10 business days already since i purchased my pant but up to now it has never been shipped. They said it is coming from their Australian supplier and they will ship it within 6-8 business days. What a joke!

Terrible experience
I bought 2 clark's school shoes, a black and white from this website. I was told it will reach in 2-5 business days. Plenty of time before school starts. I kept on contacting them as I saw the items were not being dispatched. I called up and they assured it will be delivered the Friday before school starts. Guess what, it din't reach. The worst online retail site I've ever used
I've been shopping online for nearly 25 years, never have I used something so poorly designed. There is no customer account to check on the progress of your sale or return, the phone number is never answered, the online chatbot is woeful. No-one can give you any information at all. Absolutely abysmal, if i could give it 0 stars I would.

Following up again on refund
Paid for return postage of 2 pairs shoes not suitable for me and requested refund. Received email asking me to select different style. They advised if I wanted refund it would be cost of shoes less postage. As I paid postage for returns and purchased more than these pairs of shoes don't believe they should charge postage. Original order I kept 4 pairs of shoes. I have had no response to email sent requesting refund again. They received returned goods on 29th Jan.

As promised, I received an email on 5th February to say my order had been dispatched. My order was received on 7th February. Now this is super fast shipping. The quality of the products ordered were excellent and well packaged. The only slow thing was the time between ordering and shipping which, in my case, was 7 days as part of the time was over a weekend. Other than than that, I am quite pleased with my purchase.
