how much ratio rice to water

1:1.5 for white rice and 1:2 for brown rice! Pretty standard for all methods of cooking rice!

Can you tell what the converted measure of rice and water are for the 10 cup rice cooker (Breville)?
As I've miss placed little measuring cup, also to do brown rice.

Can i cook brown rice with this rice cooker?

You can however I do 2 cups rice to 6 cups water with the cup provided.
A skin still forms on base of pan however stirring it immediately after it pings cooked, will break it up.
I also never leave cooked Brown Rice on the Warm setting - eat it straight away or remove from pan & store in airtight container.

Yes you can cook brown rice, but it requires more water than for white varieties.

White rice: 2 cups of rice to 2 cups of water.
Brown rice: 2 cups of rice to 3 cups of water.



It's very important to note here that "cups" does not mean a standard metric cup measure, but the special measuring cup provided with the unit.
