I like my machine as it has lasted well and makes ok coffee but the cleaning blank plate for the group head does not bleed pressure enough and it blew my pressure gauge. Also black paint rubs off with soft cloth.

very satisfied, good quality coffee machine . easy to operate easy to clean and much much better than other machines i had in the past i recommend this machine to anyone who loves his coffee .

Bought this around a year ago and still going strong until now. I use it twice a day to make 2 to 4 cup at once. The steamer a little bit funny but you will get use to it. Easy to find the water filter and other part when needed ( cleaning tablet, descaler,etc)
Overall very happy with the product.

Pressure was constant and reliable, Machine looks nice in the bench, Easy to keep clean,Was my best friend for 6 months........Until it broke on a Saturday morning!! Been away at a repairer under warranty for 2 weeks and yet to be looked at. Seems like it is just a white o-ring rubber seal in the group head/ basket that sets into the machine. Pretty disappointed that the entire pressure of the group handle relies on a silly frail o-ring to keep pressure. Very poor design

We were hesitant to upgrade from a pod machine due to the price, but so glad we did. Easy to use, great tasting coffee without the waste of pods.

Only downside is we are always cleaning up coffee grinds, but a small price to pay!

Breville Barista is a wonderful addition to our kitchen appliances. It is been used nearly everyday for the last 8 months. Saved us loads of money at the cafe, we prefer the coffee we make at home with our Breville than a purchased coffee from a cafe.

I’ve had this machine for close to a year now, it’s gets used on average 3 times a day and it hasn’t missed a beat. Oh great finding new beans and being able to brew them to your preference. This is a must for any coffee lover

I bought a factory refurbished model to save $150.00 four months ago. Used it nearly every day since, and I could not be happier. Beautiful coffee, extremely easy to use and maintain. The amount of money I have saved on coffee with this thing...

Tip: If the needle is not indicating perfect espresso range, add more coffee to the silver thing so that it has a little resistance when you attach it to the machine.

I love this machine! I bought it last week for my workplace and great so far! This is why I have given high scores for Build Quality, Ease of Use etc. I have however had a lot of trouble claiming the new offer of 2 months of free coffee beans through Breville. It is like it is made deliberately difficult. First an invoice of sale wasn't good enough, then proof of payment on our system. Now I am being told I have to get a receipt from Bing Lee with my name on it and not my company who paid for it. There is no mention in the terms and conditions about a company not being made the offer. It has really tainted my whole view of Breville who I previously held in high regard. I will keep trying but it has been a letdown.

Purchased a Breville Barista Express after my Sunbeam Cafe Series died after 10 long years. I am super impressed with it, love the inbuilt grinder function. Makes a great coffee. Highly recommend.

We use this everyday... The ease of use is great. The grinder works well and the creama gauge ensure the the best coffee output. Good size unit that compliments your benchtop. I'd recommend this for the novice barista plus no more wasteful disposable cups... Too many home coffees now

We are stoked with our recent upgrade!!! Makes perfect espresso, with the best Crema! The beanz last in this inbuilt grindr and stay so fresh, saving us an absolute fortune in coffee costs and heats up straight away (30 seconds) we keep ours on, huge water storage to keep the hot water and steam flowing, quite for the size of it and looks great. Seriously a barista quality machine, we upgraded from the smaller Breville and will never look back, big enough to fit a LARGE mug under the espresso poor, comes with a range of jug sizes. By far the best value for money of all Barista quality machines, recommend for home use, perhaps even commercial its that good.

I don’t go out for coffee anymore because The quality of coffee this machine produces is better than what I get in the local coffee shops. My coffee machine and I start our morning ritual together, I wouldn’t give it up for anything.

My husband recently purchased this product and he loves it. It took a while to work out what to do with it and getting used to but once you know what you are doing (thanks YouTube), it makes for a great coffee. We use it everyday and no longer purchase coffee from the coffee shop. It has already saved us money & time!

This machine makes a great coffee and is a perfect entry level machine. All the parts detach easily for cleaning. The settings are straight forward and easy to use. The temperature of the coffee is fine if you warm up your coffee cup prior. My only complaint is that the pressure gauge doesn't seem to vary much, so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it hasn't been an issue either way.

The built in grinder is adjustable, works perfectly and obviously doesn't require extra bench space which is a plus. Milk frothing heats up fast and functions well. Our model is the black sesame version, which looks great and cleans up easily. Very happy!

I've had my coffee machine for a year now and I love it. It takes a little getting used to at the start but once you've mastered it, it makes really great coffee every time. The only problem I'm having is the cleaning light has been constantly on for the past few months. I clean/descale the machine maybe once every 6 weeks (more often since the light stayed on), but for some reason it's not going off. Contacted Breville and they had no explanation. Taste of coffee is still fine so I hope the machine isn't deteriorating!

This product is really good. Nice color. Nice function. It works well. I like it and use it everyday. I use it to make coffee, smelling good. It is really convenient.

I have had this machine for about half a year now and it is still pumping out quality coffee. I really enjoy the design and color of the machine as it fits into our kitchen perfectly. The steamer for milk is a bit slow but you can create milk that is good enough for latte art if your into that kind of thing. I had to adjust the amount of water for a double shot but once this is setup, making good espressos is relatively easy.

I've had this machine for over 6 months and I love it. I use it every day. The only bit that I find inconvenient is that the machine doesn't have an in-built thermometer for the milk frother. My previous machine had one and I find not having it really inconvenient.
