Great product, use it every day
Easy to use and very quick, even when frothing milk. First coffee machine I've owned so I don't have anything to compare it to but I love it.
I'm guessing this machine is like other pod machines: hit and miss until you find a pod that suits your taste.
What I really like about this machine is it's flexibility- use the LCD screen to select the coffee you want and boom, there it is. Handy for when people visit who like dofferent styles of coffee.
Purchased in November 2021.

Love it
Just love the machine so quick and easy to use and clean, the quality of the coffee is consistent and the temperature produced each time is perfect. I purchased the machine for $1 I then pay $75 per month and I get that to use on coffee

On my third machine in 3 weeks!!
Coffee is fine when the machine works or when its not between replacements. Nespresso have been useless in delivering a machine I needed in time for a home wedding. Back up service is woefull.

This is perfect! I love my coffee machine.
This coffee machine is the best thing we’ve brought into our house. We got told to avoid pod machines, due to being expensive and not tasting great- but we wanted something easy and got this machine and it’s life changing.
Nespresso are so easy to deal with, both in store and online, the pods are cheap, and if you ever want to try one they will make you a coffee in store.
The machine looks good and is easy to clean too. You just buy their descaling pods every 6 months and run it through. Absolutely awesome machine!
Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman for $350.00.

Piping hot coffee. Lots of varieties of coffee pods you can use with it. Super easy clean.
I’m not, well I wasn’t a coffee drinker. My son in law and daughter gave me this last Christmas. I can’t believe how great it is.
You can adjust the temperature of the coffee and the volume. It makes piping hot coffee. Most coffee machines I’ve had coffee from make it hot but not piping hot, which I like. But as I said you can adjust the temperature.
So easy to clean. A quick rinse and occasionally a descale. But the machine prompts you through that.
Another plus. There are numerous brands of coffee pods that suit the Nespresso so yo...Read more
u don’t have to continually buy the Nescafé ones. Even the Coles brand ones which are under $4 for 10 make good coffee for under 40 cents a cup. Even the Lipton tea pods fit it. If you’re a coffee drinker. This machine would pay for itself I think.Purchased in December 2021 for $650.00.

I tried all sorts of milks, full cream, skinny, long life and not, almond, all brands of soy. Have never gotten that cafe quality creamy milk, nor been able to make art as the milk is watery then has air bubbled froth plopped on top. Anyone been able to get cafe quality?

You can change the milk settings, temperature, amount of froth. We tend to use full cream milk from a local dairy. You may need to adjust your settings.
I have tried all settings as well. You have been able to get creamy milk like from a cafe that doesn't settle and separate as soon as it's in the glass? I haven't been able to once. Thanks
