Would of loved it if it worked
This machine’s frothed stopped working after 22 days. It had no pressure. Before that it was working fine and I was really happy with it. I called Nespresso literally around 15-20 times during the whole process...I was treated like a yo yo between them, Breville and David Jones. No one wanted to claim responsibility. ll) after David Jones refunded me my money as they wanted me to wait months to send it off to repairs when I’ve hardly used it. That’s all I get after weeks of going back back and forth. A feedback form. I’ve decided to buy a conventional coffee machine as Nespresso are possibly the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with and their after sales service is virtually non existent.
Purchased in July 2021 at David Jones for $699.00.

I love IT the milk is so good
Love it so much, I use dairy free milk and it froths up perfectly with the milk wand. I only use nespresso capsules as they can be recycled. I like the cioccatino coffee with soy milk :)
I find it easy to use and clean, highly recommend
Purchased in October 2021 for $599.00.

Hello. My Creatista machine is less than 6 months old. All of a sudden it makes a loud continuous noise and nothing else happens. Do I xontact Nespresso or retailer?

I’d say Nespresso. Have you descaled it in the 6 months you’ve had it. If not go to maintenance and follow the instructions, there may be a scale build up. But I’m guessing. I think ringing Nespresso is your best option. Hope they sort it out quickly for you. My daughter had a problem with hers when it was close to a year old. Nespresso replaced it with a new one. So they seem to be pretty good.
