Wrong tyres were fitted on my car but they refused ownership and lied that l had accepted wrong tyres to be installed on my car. I find them very misleading. I told the lady that of there deviations people are usually asked to initial which was not done in this case. They put information to protect themselves which is not a good way to do business. Lack of transparency. Will never use them in future.

Had a puncture. Went to a Beaurepaires just to be told it could not be repaired (?) and I could buy a new Goodyear.
Rang Collingwood Bridgestone and booked to have a new Bridgestone fitted, at similar price as the Goodyear.

Instead of selling me a new tyre, the manager at Collingwood had the puncture repaired. He was surprised that someone had said it could not be done.

I understand in this climate the need for care. I was honest with the staff as I had a common cold. I know this for a fact as I had myself tested as I need to take my son who's disabled to hospital. I came back negative for coronavirus.

So I told them I was not a risk but I needed my car booking in urgently for hospital runs. They booked me in happily. Next day they ring me and told me I couldn't come back for 2 weeks. I advised again I was negative and I had medical clearance. They refused and told me that they wouldn't budge.

Really bad discrimination!! It's a common cold for the love of God! Calm down people.

Thankfully Ultra tune booked me in happily.

Bridgestone Hobart - Purchased some tyres and discovered today the tyres I was quoted on and paid for were not the ones fitted.

What was fitted were 235 60 r17 tyres to my car, which should have been 225 65 r17 as per their quote - and of course the size fitted appears to be about $36 per tyre cheaper when looking at the equivalent tyres available today but I was charged for the more expensive tyres.

More honesty and getting what was paid for should be the norm, but unfortunately not in this case.

I needed a replacement tyre fast. The team got it done on the company car before I had to be at the airport for my morning flight back to Adelaide. They accepted payment over the phone from head office. Exceptional customer service!

I bought 4New Ecopia tyre one of the tyres bulged in less than 5000Km . Bridgestone simply said it’s happens from hit to verge . There is no mark on tyre and disk and we definitely believe our car not hit any ware

Once again I have had great dealings with Jason and his team. After 107,000 ks on Bridgestone LT tyres it was time to replace them. I chose Bridgestone Dueller 80/20 as I do a little bit of off road driving pulling my caravan. Driving home the ride was amazing compared to the LTs as expected. Cornering and grip were excellent. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bridgestone Kilsyth store were easy to deal with and very professional. I will certainly return when these tyres wear out hopefully in over 80,000 ks.

Went into the shop and asked them to check my flat Tyre to see if it could be repaired was damaged on the side and he ordered Tyre In was back in 2 days for it to be fitted for free friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother

I needed four new tyres and a service for my Honda CR-V. I did the ring around to compare prices. Bridgestone was by far the cheapest for the tyres and surprise, surprise also the service.
They quoted me over the phone and I told them when I was bringing my car in. The not only had the service done in the time they stated but told me it would be cheaper as I hadn’t told them my kilometres and if would not be as much. I was very impressed with the whole thing and have continued to use them for every service. They are fast, competitive, helpful and a joy to talk to service people who are polite.
I would and do recommend them.

Recently had four new tyres from Bridgestone Mandurah.
The deal was four tyres for the price of three and included free checks on the tyres at three, six and twelve months. The whole experience was very good and I couldn't fault them.
