Great Customer Service and Advice
Was after some parts for my Gaggia as I service my machine myself. The friendly greeting and conversation from Lorenzo made me feel very comfortable. They had the parts but we ended up having a conversation about coffee and the types of bends, ground, bean, which to use i.e. sealed pressure system or not, etc. It took 5 minutes to buy the parts and another 20 chatting.
These guys know there stuff

Quality service and reasonably priced.
I've had 2 different machines served here and the only did what was necessary when I was given an approximate cost they came in under both times.
Had quoted elsewhere at much higher price. I have seen them repair machines for other coffee companies! All good.

Appalling, non existent customer service
My advice? Don’t use this company!! Second time using them to service my European machine. Both times I had to chase them up for if it was ready to collect. Within a week of the 2nd service my machine tripped the power in my house & stopped working. Took it back, had to chase up again a couple weeks later as not heard anything. Told water got in the element and trying to find a replacement. Waited few more weeks had to chase again as not heard anything. no elements in Aust so will have order from overseas & they’ll waive the service fee (how kind of them - not!) but I’m up the cost of a new element. Couldn’t tell me how much it would be or how long till I might possibly see my machine again. Spoke to owner to express my annoyance & came across the rudest attitude ever. I wonder if the big names they have that have apparently endorsed the store know how shabbily they look after the customers? Clearly no desire to keep loyal customers who want to support local businesses. Go to East Link coffee repairs for GREAT service - https://eastlinkespresso.com.au/ The owner there tells you what he will do, what it will cost, when you can expect to get it back and then does exactly what he said. Coffee machine seal
$45 for a rubber seal for my Saeco brew unit ??
This place is expensive. Had to buy it because I didn't know where else to go. Two other places I called didn't have it.

These guys are amazing
I have just had my machine both fixed and serviced by them for half of the price it cost me when it was given just a service in Sydney. They did it very quickly and were so helpful. The machine came back looking like new. Definitely worth using these guys.

A coffee machine repair shop that doesn't know how to descale a machine?
They kept the machine for 2 days + told me they could not fix it. I phoned Nespresso who sent me a descaling kit for free and told me to descale the machine. I did - and now it works. Hmmmm.....

Dishonest business
Worst business I have ever dealt with, lost my machine, replaced with a faulty one, refused any further service, lied and were very rude, do not use the repair men

Explain Yourselves
I have been going to this business for years on and off depending on machine. I have all ways found there work to be top notch.
I think some of the previous reviews are a little harsh given that all there work is covered with a 3 month warranty??
It all gets down to communication..simple.
I have just had my machine serviced and repaired first visit since I bought the machine 6 years ago. Domestic machines are for the moment are going to have problems No machine is amune to it.The machine I have at the moment has been an acceptation to that. If you pay more $$$ you generally get a better machine.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!
Have been waiting for a properly working machine for over a year now. The first time our coffee machine went in it came back after a couple of weeks and soon started up with the same problem again. A year later the machine has gone in numerous times, we've received 3 machines on loan while waiting for repairs, each machine has ended up with it's own problem. Every time we ring, the person looking after it is unavailable and never calls back. To date we have been waiting over a month now for a call back. I don't know why the company I work for persists with this disgusting service!! Stay away from this company!!!

BRILLIANT
I was advised by other coffee repair businesses not to repair my 13 year old Saeco Via Venezia machine, Brighton Coffee Machine Services advised me to repair it. Their service is outstanding, pleasant, efficient and a very
quick turnaround, my machine needed a new element, works like a new machine now, 5 star service, thank you.

Consistently good
Have a Saeco unit which produces great coffee. Always reliable.
The service at BCM is first class. Ignazio is always friendly and helpful.

Good Service For Years At Brighton Coffee Machines
We have been taking several of our coffee machines for Brighton coffee for nearly 7 years. All our coffee machines have been well serviced and we found pricing on repairs to be pretty reasonable. We all enjoy a good cup of coffee and the coffee beans at Brighton coffee machines are pretty decent also.

I found they have been good to me, down to earth, pragmatic; they did forget to notify me of parts cost once but they were very apologetic about it. They deserve your business! I have had excellent advice on machines to buy also. The coffee beans bought there at great value too.

Do Not Go To This Business
I took my machine there for assessment and service. They put $300 worth of new parts into the machine without checking with me, even though I asked for a quote on work before proceeding, and their web site states they will service for a flat rate. Their work made minimal difference to the functioning of the machine. Now, 4 months later, the machine has stopped working. I was totally ripped off.
Find another business - Brighton Coffee Machine Services has both poor service and poor workmanship.

Don't trust this business!
We had our machine "repaired" for an "electrical fault". Apparently it had nothing to do with the machine itself and they just had to ply the prongs on the adapter apart. They ended up charging us about $100 and claimed to have done a routine clean on the machine, which we did not ask for. The funny thing is the machine functions worse than before we took it in. If they had done a routine clean as they claim then the water should be running fluidly through, but it isn't. We have had nothing but a headache and an expensive bill to match with this business. Do not trust them at all.
