Completed our building journey with Brighton with no regrets. Started with a consultation with Steve from Pallara display homes and was amazing. He answered all our questions and went beyond to help my wife and I. We completed the design of the home and got construction started. Our site supervisor Kris was always in contact and answered all question/queries we had at anytime without any issue.

We are in the process of building our first home and even though the home is not yet complete, I would like to take this opportunity to share how amazing my experience With both Wayne and Liz has been at Harmony display centre. I can’t rate Wayne high enough, not only is he professional and knowledgeable but his friendly nature makes you feel at ease right from the start, especially if it’s your first build and you need that extra advise. Liz is also fabulous, she made me and my family feel right at home with her super friendly nature!. I was blown away with this team as they truly have your best interest at heart and our personal budget was always taken into account.

Our experience with Brighton homes has been very good. Especially after a disappointing start with another builder, Brighton homes were very considerate of our situation and came to our rescue.
Our site manager Kristin Stephens, is meticulous in his job and knows his stuff. He kept in contact every Thursday to tell us the progress and engaged us in the build.
The house was finished earlier than we expected and the quality of our property was excellent. Any issues we had, Kris was easily approachable and did his best to address them in a timely manner.
We highly recommend Brighton homes.

While looking for a new builder, the Brighton Homes showroom at Newport really caught my attention. The show house is quite motivating in its design and presentation. The consultants Ian and Leon were well versed with the trade and provided excellent service and advice. Through the initial consultations I felt more at ease to commence building with Brighton Homes.

Was excited to put deposit down, didnt hear anything for 6 weks until we made contact, found out that they lost our file in cyberspace. Final cost was well over budget, administration would need more training in listening to the customer, very disappointed in color selection alot of the selection was not available to See.
Site Supervisor Kris was good and made up for the bad experience at the administration stage.
Have built many of times (4) and have always received a gift from the builder at handover, not this time was disappointment as it felt that we were just a number.

It was a worthwhile experience spending a whole day at the "MyChoice Colour Studio' of Brighton Homes. Everything about the studio stands out; the ambience is great, the items are of quality standard with a brilliant layout. Many thanks to Jess; our design consultant. Jess is very friendly yet professional. She connected with our ideas straightaway and provided helpful input throughout the process. She is a great asset to Brighton home! A big thank you to Kristy as well for being so friendly yet professional, making us feel at ease with her great sense of humor!. Looking forward to the next stage.

Construction finished and we received a key for the house now. Kris, our site supervisor was very helpful and he rang me every Thursday morning and report me what they did and what they will every time. We didn't need to worry anything about the construction. At the final stage, we found few faulty and told Kris, and they fixed it all within 2 days. We will write and share one more review once we've met the maintenance team of Brighton Homes. Seriously very reliable and very fast and very helpful. We're going to build one more anytime soon and definitely will go with BRIGHTON HOMES!!! Thank you guys!!

What an absolute pleasure she has been to work with - thorough, prompt with follow up and patient with responding to our many questions. From the moment we walked into the display at Newport Ian & Leon we’re so helpful and patient in helping us design our dream home. We can’t thank them enough, being our first build Ian gave us so much helpful advice regarding the building process, tips to design something function yet tick all of our boxes.

Construction is about to begin on our home and so far our consultant Paula Jonson really knows her job, she has been so efficient and so patient with us, being first time builders we have had a lot of questions and nothing has been too much trouble. We highly recommend Paula and Brighton Homes.

Our build ran like clockwork thanks to Nick our Site Supervisor. He rang us every week with an update and took lots of photos to put on My Portal. We were living out of State during construction so couldn’t inspect as often.
We’ve only been in the house 2 days but we are happy with workmanship. The defect list at final inspection was minuscule really - only little touchups needed. Our final cost was the same as our estimated cost and we finished on schedule. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you Brighton team we are very happy.

Our build has not yet commenced but if it is as smooth as the planning, we will be very happy. Our consultant, Wayne, has provided great advice and has patiently addressed all our questions. Changes have been no issue and costing has been prompt. We’re confident in the plan we’ve developed we’re looking forward to commencing the build.

So far our colour studio and process has been smooth, great chance to visit the studio and see all the products and give you the option to upgrade and build your dream home . Looking forward to starting our build with Brighton homes and building our first home. Julie was a great help .

We chose Brighton Hones after a negative experience with another builder. Brighton’s customer service pre-construction was great. They listened to did their vest to accomodate our vision for our first home. Pre-construction was quick. Comparing the time taken to construct our home vs others around us, ours took longer to reach completion. Nevertheless, we have been constantly updated on the progress of the build via the customer portal as well as via phone. It’s been great, and we look forward to seeing our completed house soon.

We have completed our selection appointment on 04 Feb with Julie at My Choice Studio.She was very helpful, had the complete idea of our choices, likes, dislikes and input her expertise where we needed.It was a wonderful experience during early stages of our first home journey.
