While I never met Rosie or any of her team face-to-face, the service I received from Brisbane Conveyancing was flawless. We initially picked them because they were a third of the price of a local competitor. We were contacted quickly after initial engagement. Rosie kept us informed every step of the way. Would not act for the property settlement after I expressed in no uncertain terms that I would not sign trust documents to enable them to look after the sale money at a very high cost (sided with my ex-husband). Expressed that a letter was being sent to finalise this with his lawyers but they declined to do our work due to the circumstances of having to talk through lawyers.
