Hi, are the bed frames modular / easy to put together? How is the bed delivered? In a flat pack or easy to put together pieces?

It arrived in the shape of the Ottoman (folded), nearly ready to use. just need to undo the packages of the matt. The packages is a square cube shape, as big as the folded Ottoman. As a small lady like me, I will need someone to help me in unpacking the package. other than that, close to 0 assembly. hope it helps?

I have ordered a number of pieces from Brosa in the last year and have been very happy. I am thinking about ordering a pair of custom armchairs in the same fabric for my lounge room, but recently read a concerning review. The customer said the chairs they received were different colours and Brosa were not helpful at fixing this problem. The chairs I am looking at would be more than $1000 in total and they take about 4 months the be made so it’s a lot of time and money. Does anyone have any experience of custom orders with chairs? Any issues with fabric on different pieces not matching?

I have submitted a request online for two returns and included photos of the damaged goods. I have not been able to speak with anyone except one email on Friday asking a question which I have since answered. Why don't you have a phone number on your website to better sort out this kind of problem?

Is there a way of estimating the returns fee? I would like to purchase an armchair to be delivered to Brisbane. The website says that there is no shipping fee for that product to my post code (4065). However, if I don't like the chair and wish to return within 7 days, what would the return fee be? I need to know this information before I would consider buying an armchair from you. For example, if the chair is $400 with free delivery to Brisbane, and I find out that the return fee back to Melbourne is $350, then there is no way that I would buy your product. However, you do not provide this important information.

I am keen to purchase a sofa from BROSA but I need to sit in it first and see the actual dimensions in reality. Sorry, old school here and you would never buy a car, bed or couch/sofa without a test-drive.
I am finding it very difficult (read impossible) to actually via this product. I get online, lower overheads but will you collect and replace the item if I hate when I see it for the first time?
As I have physical issues, I often see a sofa and then discover that my feet may not properly touch the ground, or it is too soft for my back etc
How can I avoid this unless I view the item?
Even, if I am in Melbourne, you need to make a mid-week appointment.
You are selling Furniture, for G-damn sake! SELL IT!
I am just frustrated that I have finally selected but cannot view to confirm this.

I guess I was lucky as I received an email to say Brosa was open on a Saturday recently and you could just call in. Without an appointment. Which suited me because coming from the country and with roadworks everywhere travel times are hard to gauge. That's how I bought my chairs because I wanted to see them first too. You mentioned you have physical issues, can you climb stairs? Showroom products are mainly upstairs.
