Bought a queen size upholstered gas lift bed base, easy to order on line. Delivered on time and courier contacted me twice to ensure delivery time was suitable. Easy to put together following Brosa's on line instruction video. Amazed at the difference it made the first time I slept on it. Completely satisfied with my purchase and wish I had done it earlier. Purchased the rocking chair on special and found it great value for money. I decided to leave it a few weeks before writing a review to make sure everything was as we expected in the product. The BROSA online store was easy to use with a good range of products. When it was delivery day it was good to be given a time window for delivery and also receive a text to say when it was on it's way.
The lounge was lighter in weight than we thought, was easy to assemble and now it's in place, it looks perfect! The color and feel of the fabric is great and the lounge itself is very comfy. We couldn't be happier!

Product received resembled images online. Website easy to navigate and contained all required measurement / product information. Easy to order, speedy delivery and quality product. I will definitely shop with Brosa again.

I have purchased two Brosa products over the past 18 months. First I purchased an Otto armchair that I am delighted with, and recently I purchased a 3 seater sofa in the same style: Both products are of high quality and stylish at an affordable price. I have found Brosa to be reliable and efficient to deal with from order to delivery. Staff have been friendly and helpful.

I discovered Brosa by chance, online. Once I realised they stocked by dream sofa (velvet chesterfield), I visited their showroom the next day in Melbourne. I found another piece of interest (footstool) and together with a customer service assistant/ designer worked out the right colours for my design purposes. She even created a virtual mock up/ mood board of what the space would look like once arranged with a rug. In all, an amazing service -friendly, approachable, professional and simply beautiful furniture. Plus, their home delivery surface which included set up and clearance of clutter for a bit extra, was just amazing. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I was very satisfied with the range of products offered as well as the information available about the product. Product delivered within time specified and they were quick to rectify an issue we had with one of the parts (holes hadn't been drilled). Very satisfied with my experience and would recommend them. I don't normally buy furniture online however the bar stools were exactly as displayed and the colour was as seen at the website also, so it goes well with my kitchen!
