Ordered a console table. Price was excellent, great quality solid wood product which looks fabulous! Assembly (attaching the legs) was super easy and fast.

Customer service and Delivery was literally the best I’ve experienced in Australia, quick, efficient and straight into the room it’s now used in.

Bought the Frank Large Entertainment Unit and we are very happy with it. It is solid and looks exactly as on the website. Delivery was within the time frame advertised. It was very well packed and the attachment of the legs was easy.

I bought a queen gas lift bed - delivery took quite long for an item supposedly in stock but the quality was good. The diamond installation service is also reasonably priced compared to others and they were able to come on a Saturday at no extra cost, which was a huge plus. Recommend

I wanted to buy a couch for our living room that was already available. I bought it online so really liked the "Ready Made" "All Options" tabs on the website as it made it so clear what was available without needing to visit the store. The couch was delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website and when it arrived it matched how it was represented online and is good solid quality, I bought in the Boxing Day sale at 30% off so very happy with the value also.

Very happy with the product - quality was overall good at a reasonable price as I got it on sale. Delivery was relatively quick taking 3 weeks to reach Tasmania. Happy to buy from this store again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the 2 cushions that I bought before Christmas and am so glad I have them. The inserts are not the cheap nasty filling of other shops. They were delivered quickly and were very well packed.

Brosa was there every step of the way with ordering, delivering and assembling our bed frame. The quality of the product itself was top-notch. After realising to our disappointment that the frame was the wrong height for our mattress (totally our own fault!) Brosa was incredible to deal with and were more than happy to collect and refund. We received a full refund in speedy time. Even though we never got to keep that beautiful frame (stupid high mattress!) I would most certainly shop with Brosa again. It's rare to have quality made products with even better personalised service.

We just purchased an ottoman to go with our existing pieces of furniture. We were so impressed with the level of customer service in the showroom. Once ordered the purchase only took one week to arrive even though there was a public holiday and we live in Tasmania. We love this store! Top marks to everyone.

After three attempts to deliver the wrong table, the right one was delivered damaged. They backed their truck into my fence and damaged it of which they are telling me it happened before they arrived.
My Chairs for the table are now being delivered over 4 months away. End product is quite disappointing. I would stay away from this company. The service is appalling. They don’t attempt to even admit what terrible things they have done.

From WA we ordered online and found it easy to find the Hooker Bar Stools. We are very happy with our stools that are well made with leather seats. The information given for everything was exceptional so we knew the expected arrival day. It took 3 months from ordering, manufacturing and receipt by courier to our address.

The store had a great layout and very easy to navigate with helpful assistance from sales team . The product range is extensive and beautiful quality. The Brosa team kept me well informed through the whole process. The bed is perfect great design and structure not to mention colour, offering ample storage underneath.

I recently purchased the 'Kidd Small Sideboard' from Brosa & boy was I impressed! It's not easy to find a small sized buffet with ample storage, good looks, constructed from solid timber AND at a reasonable price point. Luckily I was able to find just what I was looking for in the Brosa Kidd range. This sideboard is really whatever you need it to be. For me its acting as a buffet / display / bar cabinet in my living & dining area. All in all highly recommended products & brand with an easy to navigate site!

Looked for a nice, modern sofa bed and found it at pop-up Brosa store in Brisbane. Love the sofa, it was easy to assemble, looks good in the guest bedroom.
Only one little thing for improvement - delivery. Hasn't been delivered in the time frame we were promised when we purchased it, and it took a bit of e-mails to sort delivery up. But in all, very happy with product, will definitely buy from Brosa again.

Lightweight, but good quality - perfect for my balcony. I can fold it up and store it away if I want.

Better to spend a little more and get something that will last. My previous outdoor set was from Bunnings and didn't last long. Time will tell, but I can see the quality difference.

We were present on the day of the store launch and the staff was very accommodating. While the selection process was time consuming, Brosa made it really easy and assisted in color combination and measurements too. The process from then (ordering) till receipt & assembly of goods was very smooth. Love the products and have been using them since last 2 months, it has been good decision to go with Brosa.

I am so please with the Brosa furniture we order. It’s so well made. Not only is it gorgeous but it’s comfortable.
Only advice I can give is to get fabric colour swatches
