stuck with something that won’t be used. I expressed my displeasure for their return/refund policy with a 1 star review on google however was soon sent an email stating that solicitors would become involved to the point I felt like I needed to remove my review. My personal details were also passed on to a third party company which I believe is based in USA from a brief look at their website classing me as a medium to high risk online shopper, my personal details were entrusted to this company in exchange for a product, I certainly didn’t authorise my information to be shared so this is incredibly poor form and quite childish, it would appear if a negative review is received your private information will be given out. Very very disappointing experience when all I wanted was a simple no hassle exchange. I had come in to look at prams with a rough idea on what I wanted. Annie and Brian were really helpful. Ended up with the Joolz geo2 at a great price.

These guys are crooks. I bought a Graco baby swing from them online a year ago. It stopped working, I emailed them for support (no number to call). They told me to send the swing to them for the manufacturer to check it out. They weren't there to accept it on 27/1/2019 and has been sitting in Tingalpa post office since then. Buyer beware, shady business
Terrible business, not at all interested in customer satisfaction.
Placed an order and had to cancel mere hours later. Order had not been processed or shipped.
Bubs n Grubs refused to refund the order and wanted a 20% cut before they would reverse the order.
Their website talks about customer satisfaction but they don't live by those words.
Buyer beware.

Absolutely disgusting store to deal with. I would warn any persons thinking of shopping at this store to avoid them at all costs. After been given misleading information about a pram, we put forward half of the price which is quite a few hundred dollars, after looking further into the product we found that it was not the exact pram that was stated and asked simply for a refund of the money so we could put it towards the correct pram. The business had not removed the advert as 3 days later the Gregory was still advertised on sale which was meant to be a Boxing Day only sale, another factually incorrect statement from bubs and grubs. There have been no false allegations and that will all come out in due time with the relevant authorities.The only time wasted has been via your business decision to refuse the refund although no goods have been exchanged the pram is still there where you can re sell it. As per my previous review for anyone thinking of shopping at bubs and grubs I would highly recommend giving them a miss and to spend your hard earnt dollars at a more reputable store. m online that I was lead to believe was in stock as it didnt say otherwise when purchasing, only to be told a few days later that there was a 2+ month delay to receive it. I was happy to wait many weeks, my order wasnt urgent (even though they keep talking as if it was) but 2+ months was ridiculous. Bubs n Grubs wouldnt let me return it for a full refund because of this delay, they would only offer me a refund less 20% cancellation fee as per ts & cs. This caused me a 32 week pregnant women, so much unnecessary stress all because they would rather pocket about $300 extra than give me a full refund. Never have I come across a business so dishonourable. I was told I needed to call the store before placing an order online to ensure they have it in stock. What a joke! This means you cant rely on their rubbish website to tell you the truth rendering the whole shopping online experience a waste of time. After an initial response from them, a week passed with no second response back from them, I had to follow up multiple times (also sent an email and got no response) to get any sort of answer which was totally unhelpful in the end. Ive told all my friends and family to say clear of this dodgy operation. They have been reported to Consumer Affairs, who have told me if they get enough people reporting theyll have to investigate the business. This business has these loop holes in their ts&cs around product not being in stock and know they can try to make extra money on top of the sale if customers want to return items due to big stock delays by charging a 20% cancellation fee. There is moral responsibility to the customer to be open and honest about product availability when shopping online this business does not understand this responsibility, they see it as a way to make more money. They are happy to mislead and deceive customers with product appearing to be in stock when they actually are not and stock levels are not shown - all other businesses in online retail are able to show this with inventory management software, so saying they cant is just a very poor excuse. It is deliberately misleading because if stock was marked as out of stock the customer would go elsewhere so they rope you in to purchasing the item where you tick their ts&cs thereby bounding you to their shonky rules. They stand behind their ridiculous ts&cs instead of trying to help their customer, who without them they would have no business. They do not operate as humans with feelings and empathy towards people, they are only interested in screwing people for as much as they can. This business wont last in this digital age unless they smarten themselves up. Reading through the reviews they seem to have a lot of legal battles on their hands, Im not surprised. Disgraceful Company to deal with.
My daughter and her partner are expecting their first child so my wife and I were more than happy as proud grandparents to be to purchase a cot, change table and mattress for the excited couple. My daughter found a package deal which she liked on Bubs & Grubs which she ordered. It was dispatched promptly and it was arranged to be delivered to my wife as daughter and partner work.

What a ridiculous experience, never again!
I was asked via a (grammatically flawed) email from the company to provide an honest review whether positive or negative on the product I purchased.
I am unable to do so, as the product I ordered never came, I received a different product, albeit similar, despite repeated requests to cancel and refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go to a reputable retailer!
I wish we read the reviews before buying an expensive cot and tallboy from them. Absolutely discraceful after sales service, refuse to replace or even REPAIR a faulty item. Accused us of threatening behaviour because we were upset and want to go down there with the cot and receive a refund! From the looks of reviews, the owner replies to all the same way. Accuses them, says he listens to recorded conversations and views footage instore of complaining customers! I have a daughter sleeping in a portacot because their cot wont go together properly, refuse to pick up unless its diassambled and repacked (we paid $200 to have assembled). Avoid at ALL COSTS! We will simply will go to fair trading and write it off as a terrible purchase decision

Extremely poor customer service
From my experience of shopping with Bubs n Grubs these are the key issues:
* Customer service is poor, staff lack empathy and can be rude and aggressive if the customer wants a refund. They use their terms and conditions as insurance in order to keep your money by accusing the customer of having not read them properly when items are not in stock.

Fast Shipping and exceptional customer service!
I am a return customer of Bubs n Grubs as I find that they have a great range of products and the shipping is nice and quick. We needed a cot asap for our most recent purchase so we phoned ahead to ask about stock levels/shipping times. The stock wasn't expected for up to 2 weeks. We soon received a phone call from customer service letting us know that the stock had arrived early, which we really appreciated! The cot arrived so quickly. We couldn't be happier with our experiences shopping with Bubs n Grubs! Highly recommended : )

Do not purchase online from this company! I ordered 3 love to dream swaddles. One was the incorrect type, I sent it back within days of receiving. 3ish weeks passed and I heard nothing from them. Auspost had sent me emails when the item was delivered back to bubs n grubs. I had to contact them and they said they hadn't heard anything about receiving it back. I heard nothing from them for days. Then I asked for the item to be sent asap or for a refund. they never wrote back but have sent a refund.

This company has no concept of customer service they should not even be in business. To save you an ordeal of so much stress and hassle order your baby products elsewhere as they not worth it.
I purchased two items from the site which they claim that most items are dispatched within 24hours but I had to pay $35 for postage. Excellent service and friendly team
After reading all the bad reviews and thinking surely they can’t be this bad I decided to check them out myself and I’m glad I did. They had the stroller I wanted and even had free shipping. Order was sent out the same day and only took a week to arrive which is better then most other baby stores. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy baby products.

I reluctantly went into Bub n Grubs store. I was reluctant because of all the negative reviews given, but none the less I couldn't view a pram I was interested in anywhere else because they are the only queensland stockists. nd was told another colour $500 cheaper and it would take at most a week to get in. So I agreed but asked what the terms were and again told no more than a week, at no point did the piece of paper I was told to sign here on - with a finger point - get turned over. Had I done this I would have seen the novel of terms and conditions attached. The sales woman also kept sprooking about a free nappy bag which I didn't really care for. So I go home and look up what I've purchased on the brands website to see a cheaper pram a year older in a colour I'd prefer. So I promptly rang and asked if this could be changed over. I didn't see any issue, told them I didn't want the nappy bag, and basically would be a win for all, they get a sale and the pram company offload an older model pram. Well that's where the fun began. Next day I'm told no can't do that. I asked to cancel the order and said I'll buy the colour direct, was told too late already ordered, but go through their online helpline. I requested to the woman on the phone to again cancel the order, and same woman said yes, but you need to log it online. So I go online, they are going to keep 20% of purchase price!!! For what? So I phone back close to tears feeling quite overwhelmed. After going on about the 'free' nappy bag, she literally hung the phone up on me whilst I was talking. What's with the nappy bag??? So I go online through their so called "online support" which I'm pretty sure are the same people. So heres the thing, let it be known, they record everything without you knowing, use twisted language to confuse you, go on about legalities, when you've done nothing wrong. They don't openly disclose their terms and conditions. A day later I get a phonecall from the store owner who says they can change the pram over to what I wanted. It took all of 2 days to arrive. So my point of this review is, turn the piece of paper over before signing. They are nice in store until you try discuss a change and turn very unprofessional (hanging up on a customer is unacceptable). Tread carefully if you purchase through this shop. Honestly I'll never return. My request wasn't hard, but even if they couldn't do it, why hang the phone up on someone who is talking to you politly? I'm sure they'll respond to this comment with their twisted jargon saying you got what you wanted in the end so what's the issue. My issue is very poor after sale customer service and rude staff when you have an issue. I dread to think what may happen if I have an issue with the pram. For future I'll stick with their competitor, at lease you get a 14 day change of mind no questions asked refund, and you're not made to feel overwhelmed but welcomed.Similar opinion? I can not believe this business is still operating. I had my terrible experience with Grubs in Oct last year, they actually caused me so much stress my baby came the day we finally picked up our replacement item 5 weeks premature. This business needs to be named and shamed on a large scale.
