Rang up when my car wouldn't start, was advised over the phone to get it towed to a mechanic and they wouldn't send anyone out. Told them they can stick their roadside assistance.

Will be cancelling my subscription with the useless company. First time using there services and I'm not impressed. Very hard to hear what they are saying on the phone as the mumble and don't speak clearly. I only got 2 options when my car broke down. Either have it towed for free or have someone who is not a mechanic look at and if they can't get it going I will have to have it towed at my cost. I then waited 2 hours in 40 degree heat for the tow truck to arrive.
I will be switching to nrma from now on. They might be more expensive but at least there service is better

Budget Direct was very reliable quick response, the roadside assistance was very helpful, they're tow our car to the Suzuki service department, couple of time replace our flat tyres and battery.

I had a flat battery, telephoned Budget Roadside Assistance, they came to my house within 40 minutes. Replaced battery with warranty hassle free service and I was back on the road with no trouble at all. I would recommend Budget Direct Roadside Assistance.

like i said they pick and choose who they help and who they don't help don't waste your money on these scammers so much for being there to help not....

The battery is faulty and needs to be replaced as her mechanic tested her car, Mum is a carer for dad with Multiple sclerosis . I rang budget direct to tell them and they know of the job but they need the receipt that we cannot find . Im very sad with this outcome

A 20 amp fuse would have solved my problem but attendant didn't carry one and only offered a tow to sparky . Not good enough. Basic mechanical knowledge and prophet of doom attitude didn't help either

My issue is when My partner was involved in an accident and not at fault..we have gone through the other party had no joy and you guys don't seem to keen to get involved on my behalf.most disappointing
