Still going after 12years!
This pram was originally my brothers. He bought it in 2007. He used for his daughter. We have used it for our 4 children. In a day and age where nothing lasts, we have absolutely loved the quality of this pram. It is incredibly strong. We have used it for carrying airport luggage, multiple children in the bassinet at the zoo and for market shopping with the kids. It is looking a little worn now, but functionally it is still going strong!
To answer the questions:
1. It operates best on smooth surfaces. If rough terrain, Ive just dragged the pram behind me with large wheels first
2. Suspension is great
3. Pretty comfortable. They enjoy sleeping in it

Overrated
I purchased this second hand after hearing nothing but good things about it.
The carrier is terrible!!! It barely fits anything, stuff falls out and it drags on the ground if you dont get the Velcro attachments in the right place.
You also have to kneel right down to put stuff in it. Annoying as also have to take it off the pram to fit it into the boot.
Definitely overrated and I cannot believe such a well designed pram has such a poorly designed carrier bit.

Chameleon3 nothing to brag about...
I’ve had the bugaboo chameleon 3 for 20 months now. With my first child I had a steel craft agile and for the money I spent on the agile, it was definitely more affordable and user friendly than the chameleon. I told myself, with the second child, I wanted a bugaboo. The only thing about the chameleon is that it looks appealing. It take up a lot of boot space and I have an SUV, 2 hands are needed to do everything, including that horrible brake on the handle that flicks on my hand, need 2 hands to undo the break. Basket is pointless, doesn’t hol...Read more
d much at all and the little velceo straps that hold the 2 sides of the basket, always come off. 2 hands needed to adjust the seat. If only I’d waited a few months longer, the Bugaboo Fox was then released which is the modified version of the chameleon. I only like that the wheels have suspension, which makes rough surfaces smoother to go over but that’s about it with the chameleon. Time for me to upgrade to something more practicalPurchased in January 2021 at Baby Bunting for $1,700.00.

Excellent pram that worth every penny!
Amazing Pram. We bought it in 2007 for our first baby and 12 Years later still sturdy as and very reliable. It lasts us for 4 kids the eldest is 11y.o now and the youngest is 8 m.o.
Easy to maneuver, light and pretty compact compare to the other prams we owned.
Purchased in May 2021 at Baby Bunting.

Not worth the price tag
Have used this pram for two years.
It is bulky and very heavy to lift for dismantling. Takes up lots of room when it’s packed up in the car. Suspension is great, great storage underneath takes heavy groceries well. Steering is great. Bassinet attachment is handy. Reclining toddler seat is great for sleep. Hood does not protect from sun barely at all and gets very hot.
I would not buy again, definitely not worth the money.

Sturdy but bulky
This is very good pram. very easy to maneuver. i had this for 4 years. when I have baby number 2, I don't use this as much because it takes a lot of space in the car and take more time to set up and pack down. I also don't use this for travelling (by plane), as it has two components and make it hard to pack them.

Great pram
BOught this about 3 years ago for my first child, it was highly recommended by most parents being a very comfortable pram, a word of caution though (and i did not anticipate this) the pram is quite large and is quite difficult to fit into the boot of a small car

awesome pram!
I bought this pram as secondhand due to the high cost of a brand new one. I have to say that they are very well built, as the lady I bought it from had it for seven years and it is still in great condition. It is easy to manevuer and great for bumpy road. I do a lot of walking with the baby and I really love it. The only downside to it is that it is big and heavy, so it is not as easy to get it in and out of the car or travel on public transport. Apart from that, it is an awesome pram and very durable. Thumbs up!

Its allright
Is easy to handle and push even with one hand, good tyre for bumpy road...its allright to fold and unfold but u need two hand...but abit too big for put in the back of the car,the bassinet and the seat its comfortable for the children and u can adjust the seat from sleep to sit down.the basket is big enough to put a few heavy grocery.the brake is good.im happy with the pram with build quality but its a bit to bulky and so hard to go to travel with train or bus because taking so much space.i buy the second hand because the pram is pricey

Lonely pram
I was panicing when i first had to go pram shopping they all look so complicated and techie but the bugaboo is nice and compact and also super easy to fold down and pop into the boot. My bub loves it as it has 3 reclining positions and a good shade hood. Have got a little fading on hood but thats just normal wear and tear otherwise still looks fab.

Had this over six years & still in good condition.
This product is the original and complaints I know they've changed in the current model (one hand collapse etc) but I bought this for my first baby over six years ago. I've had to replace a few things, which were so easy to d online. Brakes I replaced, wheels and I bought new leather handlebar covers etc. but it's gone through four children & still looks good. I think it's worth the money especially if you will use it for multiple children.

Bugaboo to You
This product has been absolutely perfect by catering to almost all needs. Rough terrain, weather conditions, small spaces - you name it, it helped. It's extremely easy to maneuver and absolutely most importantly has a hand break that you need to push a button to make it come off. Obviously safety is key so very impressed with the last function.

Very light and easy to manoeuvre
This was an excellent pram. Quality finishing and fabric. It came with a quality cup holder, instruction manuals, hood, spare grease for the pram. It would turn around on a 5-cent piece. It had a generous storage area under set seat for nappy bags etc. The baby seat could be forward or rear facing, and could tilt right back. Our baby loved the space in it. It was expensive, but very easy to use. Although it was a physically large pram, folding and lifting into the boot of the car was very easy. I would buy it again!

So inconvenient
Firstly, I thought this was going to be my dream pram. I didnt consider any other prams i saw it i bought it. I hate, hate, hate the basket on this pram! seriously soooooo inaccessible! impractical! things fall out of it every.single.time i fold the pram to put it in the car! (despite having a draw string that "closes" the hole) secondly this thing is a beast. we have an Audi A3 and it took up every inch of the boot we ended up buying an outlander with a massive boot just so we could fit the pram with shopping. It is so fiddly to collapse quite...Read more
awkward to carry. My brake doesnt work for some unknown reason. And the tilt button doesnt work with my 10kg daughter sitting in it which is super annoying. the parts are also hella expensive! heaven forbid you need to replace something! Also if you like to go walking outside DO NOT BUY THIS PRAM i'll be walking on the cement side walk and if my wheel hits a rock it just stops suddenly and i walk into the pram and it jolts the baby! with that being said i look stylish as all hell with my inconvenient bugaboo pram. Is it easy to maneuver? Very easy to maneuver. although its quite large and i often find i cant fit down the isles at the shops or i get caught on things! Oh and the pram cant fit down the isle of the Melbourne trains! How easy is it to fold, unfold and carry? Hard to fold. Easy-ish to unfold. heavy and awkward to carry Are you happy with the build quality? yes.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I love this pram!!!
It's perfect, that's the exact words I think of every time I use my pram, defiantly worth every cent I spent on it, it's easy to fold and easy to move around the shops. However the front wheels are a little too small and get caught on some things its definitely worth it

Avoid it post caesarian and if you want to go shopping
HI, I chose a bugaboo because I heard it was a top buggy brand however it was difficult to lift the baby in and out of the bassinet as I had a caesarian. The bassinet tilts and my newborn baby ended up (and still does) in a heap at the foot end. Worse still, I couldn't drive and wanted to walk to the shops and put my shopping in the basket underneath but this is inaccessible in the 'bassinet' mode. I contacted Bugaboo who said
they were aware that the underseat bassinet is hard to access in Bassinet mode (but tough luck). Ladies - buy a Stokke instead - higher (less bending on your sore belly and back) and there is a lovely storage basket underneath.

Amazing up to 12 months, then just good.
We got a Gen 1 from eBay for our newborn. Amazing! Now she's nearly 18 months now and we don't use it so much - it takes a lot of boot space in our hatch. We've bought a smaller umbrella style one. The Bugaboo still trumps for comfort and ease of pushing though.

Meh! Good! Okay!
Nothing mind blowing! It's my 6th pram and I think this one is all about the name? Is it a good pram? Yes! Does it do the job? Yes! Is it stylish? I guess so. I'm not sure why I'm not over the moon I think I expected to much from it.
