Sold them some gold on Thursday 8/8/19, still no payment today Tuesday 13/8/19.

Interesting fact, I had to pay cash when I buy but they will only make payment to my bank account when I sell.

The paper work is unbelievable, no less than 4 documents to be signed and previously completed documents to be redone.

It's a crap show for sure.

I've been dealing with this company for about 4 years but not any more. Since placing an order for just under $2000 a fortnight ago and paying for next day express delivery, I have been told on four occasions that it has been posted when the post office says it hasn't. The staff at Perth Bullion have changed their story on numerous occasions. There is no question, given that all the stories contradict each other I am being blatantly lied to. After all the stuffing around I've been through with them I'm not stupid enough to trust that I'll ever see the gold coin I ordered so long ago. In the early days things went relatively smoothly but now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Placed an order today. Was a customer 4 years ago and had dropped out of the market since then. Returned today to find - that after 4 years, Perth Bullion still have the best prices and the best customer service around. I fired off a question via email and got a response incredibly quickly. Prices are great, the range is great and the service is unbeatable. Purchased silver coinage from Perth Bullion Company on several occassions. Never experienced any problems. Quick delivery via Australia Post, package tracked all the way from sending to delivery. Package despatched from Western Australia at 3:49pm on Tuesday, delivered at my east coast address at 8:48am Thursday. I believe Perth Bullion Company is a professional, customer focused company and i will continue using their services for any future purchases.

For 18 months now I have been purchasing bullion of different types from several sources- by averaging prices paid cf market value, inc'g costs, Perth Bullion has well and truly come out top, aside from one small dealer who just can't compete in terms of quantities for most of the time. Basically it took more than one month for me to receive the item, plus I paid huge amount of VATS, so be careful if you're from UK.

I have been buying from Perth Bullion (formerly Bullion Bourse) for around 3yrs now and every purchase has been so easy. I just buy direct via the webiste and avoid eBay altogether. The delivery to the east coast is quick and well packed. They are always quick to reply to emails and willing to help. They also get o/seas bullion coins that most other Australian dealers do not - always at a reasonable price.

Very friendly staff who were more then happy to explain a few things to me as this was my first time buying gold. I have made about 4 purchases from Bullion Bourse, around 5k of silver bars and coins. I have found them to be reliable and good to deal with. After purchasing from other dealers, and ebay, I only wish I had found them sooner. Their prices seem to be very competitive, I get plenty of emils advising me of order progress, and deliveries have taken about a week each time. I have always ordered off their website, so have never actually spoken to someone, only exchanged emails.
Good price, good service, esay to deal with.
The initial set up process for them to get my identity details was a pain, but that’s government regulations, not much they can do about that.
