Ordered 2 venetian blinds and was extremely happy with the service and quality. I was notified of each step in the process from the order going to production to courier pickup. Measured the window and easily submitted order online. Received the blind in a timely manner and straight forward to fit. We ordered one to see what it was like and will now order another to fit to the other bedroom window as this was significantly cheaper than local measure and quote suppliers.
