I would stay well clear
If I were you I'd go to a reputable company like Harvey Norman or JB hifi, if you're shopping for a tv. Please read my post on product review concerning my nightmare experience with BuySmarte. They're simply the worse place to buy anything from. Hope this helps...
They are already discounted. Beware as they are factory seconds. ....

Hi there - you emailed the wrong address. I previously reviewed this website but dont work there! I did ask them the same question and they said it was damage to the cardboard box containing the tv, and they were accurate.
