Do you have a human Customer service number to call ?
Carl A Masked
I recently changed provider from Vodafone to cmobile (Telstra) sim but am unable to receive reception where I live in Red Hill Victoria. I notice that cmobile also offers Vodafone service. How do I change from my current sim?
Additionally, members of my family also fail to receive service from both Optus as well as Telstra and service from both is not available in my area. Carl Marshall

Can you phone internationally for free with C Mobile ?
I don't think Circles.Life offers free international phone calls.
Can I keep my current Vodafone post-paid number with C Mobile ?

As far as I know, when I asked C Mobile (who are actually in Australia, so do speak real English!), you can choose Vodaphone or Telstra as the carrier of your particular service, so you get whatever those carriers provide. C Mobile suggest it is cheaper to get a foreign card when you go overseas as a best option for international travel. As to calling overseas from here, I don't do it, but the C Mobile help desk people have been very good to deal with, so just give them a call. They have a web site. Cheers DC
Will do so thanks DC. Interesting that C Mobile gives you the choice of either Vodafone or Telstra.

How do I view plans and also sign up for a pre paid sim deal
2 answers
Go to C Plans at the top, select plan add to cart and follow the signup process. all sim plans are post paid that i can see and month to month no contract.
Hi Robin, To view their plans simply go to their website https://www.cmobile.com.au/. You can buy from the site as well. I don't know that they actually have pre-paid plans, can't see it on their site (I'm on post paid) so call 1300 545 000. They use both Telstra and Vodafone networks and I've found them reliable, responsive to queries and excellent value. I shopped around for quite a while comparing, as best I could, 'apples to apples' and C-Mobile came out on top by quite a margin. I was with Vodafone direct for 20 years, they were very good, but overr the past few years their prices increased exponentially and now it is $45 for their cheapest plan. I am paying only $9-90/mth for unlimited calls and 1GB data (more than adequate for me on a phone. The only advantage Vodafone gave me was $5 roaming overseas - a fantastic inclusion IF you need it., I didn't so C-Mobile became a no-brainer for me. Good experience so far, been about a year or more. Oh, ALL AUSTRALIAN too, including all support! BIG plus in my eyes. I have found ZERO downside so far, at least for my purposes which is phone, email and the odd bit of data. Highly recommended.

How do I get out of my plan? I am not happy with the bullying tactics of Cmobile over a $10 overdue amount and I would like to get out of it asap. Not happy at all

Hi Donna,
You activated your account on July 13 and have only paid one invoice.. Your September bill was due on 15 September, and your October bill was due on 15 October. You have not paid either of these invoices. It is not $10 overdue, it is $36.30 overdue. Unfortunately we had to restrict your service due to non-payment. We have not bullied you in any way whatsoever. We are happy to disconnect your service for you, or we are also happy to lift the restrictions on your service if you pay the arrears. Please give us a call on 1300 545000 if you need to discuss it. If you are having financial difficulties we are also happy to allow you to pay your debt off with a suitable arrangement.
Regards

Hi Guys,
Next year I'm doing a road trip through Scandinavia, the Baitic States, Poland, Germany and perhaps Holland and Belgium.
I currently have a new iPhone 6s on a plan with Telstra. I take it I can't use another sim card while o/s as the phone is locked?
What do you suggest? Perhaps a new unlocked phone just for my trip plus your sim or pick up sim cards from each individual country? What do you think is the most hassle free and cost effective?
I'll be away for around 2 months.
Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul thank you for your question mate I'm just a customer I don't work for Cmobile but I'm very flattered by your question I'll call you and let you know Peter buckets number and he can help you out with that cheers josh jensen
I meant Peter Huxleys number stupid spellchecker
Yasmin C.C Mobile
Hi Paul, you're probably correct in that your iPhone 6 will be locked to Telstra if you're on a plan with Telstra. The most cost effective way for you to stay connected would be to purchase a local SIM overseas and place in an unlocked handset. You could look for a SIM with a low cost provider over there like Lycamobile or Lebara. Once you get back and are out of your contract we would be happy to have help you on a CMobile plan with no lock in contract!

Can i import my phone number and will i get coverage at 12 Evergreen Drive, South Morang 3752?
1 answer
Yes you can port your current phone number for telstra and optus. Not sure about other providers. We live in rural NSW and opted for the telstra network with cmobile. We need to use mobile phones with a 'blue tick' to get any sought of coverage out of town. I guess what I am saying is your coverage will be the same as the telstra or optus coverage you now get. The operators at Cmobile were very very helpful. Give them a call. PS. Sorry for delay. We have been having some computer problems after recent electrical storms.
