I have been as Cmobile customer for a long time. Their services are always excellent and specially, It is a Aussie company. I am very happy for using their service.

Network is reliable - no dropouts have been experienced. Is always available when required. Customer service was A grade when it was once needed and problem was quickly resolved. No complaints here.

I'm a 'small user' of mobiles and don't need gigs of internet storage and all that broohaha. All I need is to make calls or send a few text messages each month. C Mobile has cheap options for small users and the customer service has always been responsive when I needed them. Despite being a small user, they have always treated me like a valuable customer and have been helpful with my many questions. I have recommended them to others many times. The service itself is fine and I've never had any problems or dropouts.

Generally pretty good, much better than Telstra. We are in a black spot zone so have to use an aerial to get even 1 bar which we then blue tooth to cordless house phones- works brilliantly.

An excellent Telco. company with great customer service located in Australia. I have never experienced any problems with my various plans I've had over the years with them. Highly recommend!

Can’t complain about them, they are great, never had an issue, highly recommend them, their prices are much cheaper than other telcos on the market. Never experienced any dropouts. Australian service, not an overseas crowd.

I've had a mobile with almost every major telco, and a number of smaller ones.
I've returned to C Mobile as they have good service, great customer service, great prices.
I'm on a $19 plan with 2 GB of data and unlimited calls/texts.
I switched back from another provider a few months ago, as I was travelling overseas and the other provider did not offer roaming. C Mobile did not request a deposit, and enabled roaming immediately.
I've called them for customer service several times and never had a bad experience. Obviously only a small call centre, but it is Australian based and the staff there always seem to know what they are talking about and are friendly.

Coverage good, speeds fine. Their data packs aren't as flexible as my previous carrier- Virgin- but the simplicity and excellent customer service are worth it. They called back quickly when I had to leave voice messages (didn't answer every time), or actioned requests that I'd left via voice messages.

Dirt cheap postpaid if you have your own phone, too.

The network covers a very large percentage of the state of Victoria, with no dropouts during calls. Clear reception with incoming calls. Data downloads is sufficiently fast in all areas.

C Mobile service and coverage is excellent and great people to deal with, as call centre is in Australia staffed by Aussies. Dropouts are rare and downloads speed are adequate for my requirements. All for less than half the $'s what I used to pay for the same service from Telstra. The way I see it, C Mobile are the best of the best.

By and large we are very satisfied with C mobile. Their prices are very reasonable, coverage is mostly good except in outlying rural areas - absolutely fine in cities. Customer service is occasionally patchy but also generally pretty good and at times has been excellent. I do find the logic of their invoices hard to follow and I would like to be able to follow data usage on their website which is not currently possible,

Coverage is much better than with my previous service provider. Only once did a message arrive the next day with a 12-hour delay.
I find the data download fast enough for me.

C Mobile has worked perfect to date. No problems at all. Nice price. Been using for the last six months without a problem. No dropouts as yet. Hope there won't be.

I have been with C Mobile for just over 5 years now and cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is fantastic and value for money is second to none. I have raised an number of issues and they have been resolved promptly every time. I have now moved my husband and my work mobile over to them as well, and to make it even more appealing, all the phones are on the one account. The biggest advantage of all is that I'm now paying less for 3 phones than I did for one whilst with Optus and/or Telstra.

With C Mobile service we have experinced to date no dropouts and utterly reliable. Data down loads are fast enough for us with excellent coverage. We have been with C MOBILE for a couple of years and the price of the service is exceptional.

The service has always worked well. Sometimes I have had a question regarding overseas data and such like. Always I have been answered promptly. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and will continue. I am very please to get answers in English and speak with Australian staff.

Have been with mobile for a number if years without any issues. Well worth it. Even got upgraded with more data when they changed their plans for the same cost.

Reliable in our area with decent data speeds. Quick and satisfactory response to all emails from CMOBILE support.
When we were travelling, they quickly supplied another SIM very fast providing better coverage.
