Does the job
Easy to use machine. Got it cos it had the cheapest pods at the local Woolworths. Coffee pod selection is good. Only problem is the light saying it needs descaling won't go off after doing same. But who cares???? Also bought it on sale which appears to happen pretty often so wait until a sale comes before buying.

Value for money
I've purchased a range of brands of coffee machines over the past few years and prefer Caffitaly as the pods are larger (12g) compared to the standard (8g). The water also heats up hotter than competing brands like Nespresso. Often you can find the machines for half price at Woolworths so it's definitely value for money :)

No spare parts in Australia
I have 3 machines, all have leaking pod washers, cannot buy them in Australia & Caffitaly don't carry spare parts .
3 useless machines! Caffitaly told me to send them my machine and they would forward them to Italy.
It is easy to replace the rubber O ring, worth a couple of dollars .

Not bad, does what its design to do
Great little machine for your coffee fixes. Uses Caffitaly pods,
Depends on how fussy you are about your coffee, When you consider all the energy and effort that you need to put in to some coffee machines this is a little beauty. Cleaning the machine is pretty quick, Making a coffee is pretty quick. I can say I am happy with the coffee pod verities out there too.

Excellent for the money
I bought this machine in Woolworths for $79.It doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter and a selection of pods are readily available. It is easy to use and clean and makes a nice cup of coffee. It may not suit someone who is a coffee buff but for anyone who just wants a decent coffee quickly, this is the machine.

Great Coffee
Bargain machine that makes excellent coffee. Small range of pods available but they are well priced and provide a good variety. We normally buy Mr Barista pods which are very nice. Return policy by Woolworths for our previous S21 mach was excellent. I rate this S24 machine better than our previous Nesspresso machine. Overall highly recommended.

Had to take it back
I have an old S14 which has been fabulous, but is starting to give problems, so I went and bought an S24 on sale - Very good value at $79.
It was fine for a few days then leaked water, and stopped piercing the capsules at all after the third day (wasted several!).
I took it back to Woolworths who immediately offered a replacement or to refund. I chose the latter and they refunded my purchase without question. I would need to think again before risking another one at this stage.

Noisy unstable machine
Bought this machine today instead of an espresso it's noisy I don't like how the water compartment doesn't seal,it continually drips after making a coffee. Very disappointed ! Save your money and buy a decent machine. its very noisy, not stable at all so so disapppointed. I can't even take it back as my husband bought it as a gift for me

Great machine
This machine was a gift and greatly appreciated. It is easy and quick to use, producing top quality coffee. There are many flavours, brands and strengths to select, all reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the coffee can be a little cooler than it should be. I overcome that by heating the cups with boiling water while the machine is heating (it takes 30 seconds). A main advantage is that you can pre-select the amount of coffee you want in your cup.

The lever on my My Caffitaly S24 coffee machine is stuck down how can I fix it please
1 answer
It's tough and frequent issue... Sometimes waiting is what's needed and the pressure eventually releases...other time brute force and sometimes removing the water canister then shaking the aching upside down can help.
Failing this my suggestion is get rid of it as its a flawed design and there are much better products on the market
If you do get it open...
We found piercing the coffee capsuals helps prevent this issue which seems all to common.
We got a philips lore coffee machine that can do Nespresso pods and 2 coffees at once much better

Hi,
I just made a coffee & when I released the capsule the metal pin came out attached to the capsule. Bugger!
I bought my Caffitaly capsule machine from Woolworths, no longer have the receipt (all faded, paid cash so no credit card statement to show purchase). I have only use caffitalty capsules in the machine, descaled every 3 months.
Woolworths won't help me as they don't stock those machines anymore.
I have about 7 boxes of unused capsules & want to know who can I contact to repair/ replace the machine.
Woolworths & Big W have no info for me.
Thanks

Hi we had trouble with our Caffitaly too, Woolworths were totally fine with replacing it even with a different model of Caffitaly. We didn't have a receipt either but Caffitaly is the Woolworths machine so it should be no trouble. Advise them that Consumer Affairs says that you should be able to return for replacement, refund or repair.
Thanks Helen, I really appreciate your feedback & advice. Is that what you had to do? Notify Consumer Affairs? The Woolworths customer service manager was very nice but stood firm with their decision.
