Fueled up on Tuesday and for the first time in years I watched the litres click over faster than the dollars what a site to behold. I will be refuelling every Tuesday now whether I need it or not.

Toilets are the dirtiest of all fuel stops on the Hume. Today no soap in any of the bathrooms in the middle of a pandemic and toilets filthy. As Star Card holders we use Caltex regularly.

Sacked a hard working person at Batemans bay. Am running a campaign now we are boycotting this company. If they think it doesn't matter ask Gillette. Ask Cadbury and nestle m believe me these reviews destroy.

I have been buying petrol from caltex eastlakes nsw on gardeners road for years on few occastions after purchasing fuel i wanted to put air in my tyres damn think has been deflating my tyres instead of inflating i have made many complaints to the staff regarding that issue at one time i found my self changing my tyre with an spare this type of service is unheard of any other petrol stations there for i will never again do business in any caltex petrol stations

I’ve had 3 different discount vouchers and on each occasion the CALTEX garage has declined the voucher saying it doesn’t work in their location. Not meaning to sound racist but the attendant rarely speaks good English and can not explain why my CALTEX voucher doesn’t work in their Caltex garage citing not Woolies, they are woolies or just ‘not this CALTEX, different franchise’
I will not be using Caltex again irrespective of the discount. At least with BP and others, they don’t differentiate their offers from BP to another.

I filled up my car at the Mildura Woolworths Caltex, I used my mobile wallet with the woolies rewards to tap so I could get the discount and also points, the lady then said you tap your card again I tap my bank card as I thought the rewards card went through, I then asked her “if my rewards went through” and “she said no” I then asked “if it’s to late” and she told me “yes” I said “I tapped that first why didn’t it go through” she then told me that “I have to tell them I have rewards”. They really need to ask customers first if the have rewards as this not the first time they have not asked. Not happy as I didn’t get my discount or points

Lady at Caltex Woolworths Labrador, 150 Brisbane Road, 28th Dec at 4pm. When I asked to use Youi voucher and Woolworths card she attacked with rude, disgusting behaviour "Don't pick a fight with me mate" she said when I had said "Can't I use both?'. I may have been incorrect but the way she carried on, screaming at how she didn't want to lose her job was just unessecary.

After get fuel at Caltex surfers paradise my car had several problems and I had to spend over $ 2,000.00 to fix it. My mechanic said they mixed water with fuel. I got Vortex 95. The station is located at 2885 GOLD COAST Highway, SURFERS PARADISE

I have noticed that the price of the "V" drinks is now a massive $4.25!! other stores such as 7 ELEVEN etc are around $4.10. This is just a rip-off. Coles are two for $5.00, work that out !!! It's clear that the take over is now going to be a price hike in all items in the store. Also, notice they are the first to raise fuel prices this week. $1.74.9 per ltr !!!!!! Again overseas buyers take us for a ride. Well, I won't be anymore.

Why does the Milk always taste different from the Woolworths Petrol Station?
Is it their handling methods? Are there fridges cold enough?Are they left out to long before being put in Fridges?

Caltex Woolworths Electronic Automatic sliding doors close on child's head at Mt Cotton Caltex this morning. Better safety guards should prevent this. Please look into safe guarding the young children who come in with parents when shopping here. Distressing to child to have experienced this.

Yesterday late afternoon (12.10.19) my new Audi showed an alert to stop immediately. My young son & I were stranded in Mango Hill, awaiting a technician; then a tow truck; then a taxi. The entire experience took 4.5hours, before we started our 40km taxi ride home.

Went to caltex 121 Victoria road rozelle nsw and girl who was serving at caltex called [Name Removed] was so rude and refused me to give toilet keys. Date 9th october 2022 at around 11 am... will never go there again

Very poor quality fuels. Several times at various Caltex Woolworths service stations I have ended up with water in my fuel and diesel. I get really poor economy from Caltex fuels which requires me to fuel up more often. I was surprised at a Jerry can I filled up with Caltex vortex diesel that I could not get to ignite when I poured some over a camp fire. It simply would not ignite. I have found dirt in my Jerry cans aswell.
I now no longer use Caltex fuel I go elsewhere. Save your money and go to a different service station and you will notice the huge difference.

Hello dear, I’m coming to your Woolworth Charlestown service station over 3,years I never seen price for E10 petrol: 129.9 & Ulp91 fuel price 137.5 & 98 pulp biggest difference if your company keeps doing the big difference, me and my family not coming to your service station anymore.

Purchased diesel from Caltex which resulted in $20K + in repairs. The diesel was contaminated and was confirmed by Caltex and independent testing. Caltex are not easy to deal with and don't care about the customer so buyer beware... I would NEVER go back there again and strongly urge you stay away if you don't want any headaches.

Thursday 1 August went in at 6.30 am as per normal weekly routine as have 45 minutes between jobs that are 5 minutes away from each other. Picked up a pie, was cold.
Put in bag thinking maybe warm but then took back out and put back in Warmer. Lady cashier wasn’t looking at me or at NO stage acknowledged me, so I didn’t worry about informing her.

this is about caltex woolsworths westfield carasouel cannington WA . There is this guy who talks rudely with foreigner . I thought it was only me but if you search this place and read review, he has treated all the foreigner the same way . I have seem him talking nicely with a fellow countryman but treat badly if he see asian . This is very convenient and cheap from my house . I have raised this issue before but no answer but i have call the caltex woolsworth few days back . Lets see if they make him go through some training . This sort of behaviour is unacceptable anywhere in the world and nobody should deserved to be treated like this .

I purchased 95RON fuel from my local Woolworths Caltex station for years for my motorbike. It continually had running issues which i put down to the engine management unit of the bike. Two years later, new bike and i began having starting issues. I changed to using BP from a new station with new tanks. The running & starting issues with the bike went away and have not returned. Have not purchased fuel from this Caltex station again, nor Caltex at all.
Emailed Caltex about the issue, more for their info. Have not heard anything back from Cal...

Rude man serving at Caltex Inverell. Supercilious attitude when I scanned my rewards card for the first time & then handed him my Woolworths disc docket. He said you sure about this? Read your docket. Not a happy man, needs lessons on how to be helpful & smile even. First time we’ve used Woolworths Fuel too.

Caltex truck stop north of Warwick Qld, 45 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and coffee, even after asking where our coffee and meal was, no apology. Ordered coffee even not was ordered; hamburger also not what was ordered.
People make mistakes, but an apology would have gone a long way. Staff too busy bitching about some one. First and last time we will stop there.

I keep rigorous records of my fuel consumption. I have a 2016 FJ Cruiser which I run 98 in.
My records clearly show with Woolworths Langwarrin 98 fuel, every time I average 16lt per 100kms. When I fill up with 98 from, United or Liberty I consistently get 14lt per 100km.
My tank fill ups are normally 500 to 900 km range, so less chance of not filling up to the top making any difference.

Used pay at pump...pre authorised card for $100, only put $25 petrol in and 3 days later I’m still waiting for my $75!!
It’s beyond a joke that they can take money instantly but take so long to give it back. Never again will I pre authorise at a Caltex pump. Not happy.
