Absolutely shocking support on TCL tv

They refused to let me talk to a tecnician about the issues i was having. ?
Did not Answer email.
Will not return phone calls or will tell you that a person will call you back but never do.
I could never get past the receptioist who just stonewall you.
I can only suggest you try a different company if you have the choice, these are people you dont want to deal with.

After experiencing some temperature issues with my fridge freezer I called Camtec. The Call Centre were very thorough with their troubleshooting and sent A technician out. Steve arrived a couple of days later, in time and with all the necessary parts. He did a great job and the fridge is in full working order again. Thanks Steve!

Expect lengthy delays for repairs if parts need to be ordered in

Camtec are currently in the process of ordering in the parts required to fix our air-conditioner from one of their suppliers - a fan motor, fan blower, PCB controller and a fuse.



I can't believe in this day and age they quote the ETA for the parts to arrive as 7-10 'Business Days'. Even if the parts were coming from overseas this sort of time-frame is not acceptable. I even offered to pay the extra money to get the parts sent via express overnight freight however I was advised this isn't possible and is due to their supplier....time to find a new supplier who can send parts a little faster.

contacted Camtec about shifting an airconditioning outside unit. Tried to get sense on Friday, and Monday. After being put on hold and disconnected 3 times. I gave up. It is a waste of time to call them, or email them.

Camtec technicians for Samsung TV repair.

Last week our Samsung TV developed a white line across the centre. After a call to Samsung, and an email and photo to show the fault, we were contacted by Camtec to arrange for their technicians to visit. This happened quickly and today after a courtesy call to advise the visit time, Mario and Laughlin arrived.
Professional, friendly and efficient. They replaced the screen with no difficulty, re mounted the TV to the wall, tidied the mess, all within 30 minutes.
They were both lovely men and the service was excellent.

Our Samsung Smart TV decided to stop working last week. After a phone call to Samsung support, they contacted Camtec SA, the Samsung repair people here in Adelaide, who promptly contacted us by phone. As requested, we emailed them the details of the TV and what had happened. They phoned us again to say parts were ordered and they would organise with us a suitable time for the repairs once parts were in. This only took a couple of days and a time was booked for the repairs.
Their technician, Mario arrived in the scheduled time slot and the TV was going again in no time. All this within a week of the problem.
Thanks Samsung, Camtec SA and Mario the technician, for the excellent service.
Thoroughly recommend.

Came to install my Samsung tv to replace faulty tv on a wall mount walked in and dropped the tv then wanted to use my lounge blanket on the floor to put tv on then wanted to use my new leather lounge to put brackets on very unprofessional 2 technicians and did not come with any bolts so could not wall mount the tv they wanted to put tv on my entertainment unit but I refused

Excellent service / issue fixed asap

We have a Samsung washing machine that hasn't been draining. Steve (Adelaide tech) came out and fixed it in half an hour.
Camtech made sure to contact me within 24 hours of the service complaint I made with Samsung. Steve called me half an hour before coming out to ensure I was here; and he was very helpful and friendly to boot. I definitely recommend Camtech Adelaide

My Samsung Front Load washing machine’s drum collapsed after 5 years in service. I am happy that Samsung Agreed to fix it even though it was out of warranty. Steve from Camtec Adelaide was assigned for the job. I am very much happy with the service and professionalism of Steve & it’s company. He rang me 30 minutes before his arrival and changed the drum assembly within an hour and half & machine is running now as it is new. Thank you very much Steve & Camtec Adelaide

My next electrical good will be a Samsung

We had a problem with our 4 year old fridge, from the moment we phoned Samsung nothing seemed to be a problem - and it wasn't.
Camtec contacted us and were very courteous, professional and true to everything they said.
The technician Steve came out on time when he said he would, the phone call 30 minutes before arrival was fantastic, no one does that these days, what excellent service.
Steve the technician had his finger on the pulse, knew all about our product and repaired it with 30 minutes- he didn't leave until it was perfect- not only that he phoned the next day to see if everything was still ok !!!
We will definitely use this company again for all repairs and Samsung

Service Repair to Samsung Fridge/freezer

The Tech who came out (Adelaide office job #322004) was fantastic and rang as promised 30 mins before to say he was on his way. His office is aware of the two issues we had with the Samsung fridge freezer and had ordered the spare parts they knew we would most likely require. The Tech explained what the two issues were, and that Samsung had redesigned a few things, and that he had them onboard ready to install! All done at no cost in under an hour, and he even put back all the shelves etc that we'd left to dry on the draining board! Great service.

We have a Samsung 2 door F/F with Ice & water feature. We had a break down and were privileged to have Steve come to us and remedy our problem.. Steve was courteous - friendly & excellent in his ability to identify the issue and fix it . No mess - Excellent repair _ _Friendly face and out of here in under 45 minutes..

Happy to deal with Camtec. Having dealt with Samsung about my washing machine not working, I was happy to be told by the techician when he arrived that although my machine was out of warranty, Samsung were willing to cover the repair for parts and labour. Will purchase from Samsung in the future. A big thankyou to Camtec for a great job

Sean (or perhaps Shaun?) did a fantastic job fixing my TV - resolving an issue that Telefix has previously left me with from a prvious repair. Above and beyond the quick fix, Sean offered advice, performed uaodates, performed diagnostics and resolved or attempted to resolve other issues. He is extremely polite, friendly and (from what I can tell) knowledgeable about the work that he does. He is a credit to Camtec and Samsung. Thanks for your good work!
I will happily use Camtec for my TV issues and will definitely ask for Sean if possible!

Shaun came to the house to fix the problem that I was experiencing with my Samsung TV. I wasn't confidence it could be fixed, from my experience with samsung service centre in the Philippines. After the first person couldn't help me it was escalated to level 2. Level 2 help desk suggest to ring camtech I'm glad I did. I was very unhappy with my experience previously to seeing Shaun he was very attentive, service from him was exceptional he managed to fix the problem without further cost to me. Thank you Shaun.

Ryan from Camtec SA was fully knowledgeable and efficient. He did a good job and even spotted a faulty outdoor control PCB which he replaced. I have booked an annual service.
