Visited candy bar to get supplies for my 21st birthday and left with everything I could’ve possibly needed from candy to table set up to balloons. Staff were exceptionally helpful - especially George who custom made me the perfect cake topper. Have revisited multiple times and referred friends - can’t recommend enough!!

Wow - I love this place
I only went to get cocoa butter but was so impressed with their range. Must go for anyone organising that unique and special event. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful.

Amazing service and products

did speak with Fastway the day you called us, and they assured us it would be delivered. We do have a 30 day return policy so you can send them back to us and we can fully refund you. Where do I even begin?! I walked into the warehouse last week utterly confused with no clear vision of what I needed. The guy in the warehouse was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out what I needed, for how many people as well as party favourites. He was attentive and had an answer for every question I had. His can do attitude made me feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy in trying to sell me everything. The warehouse overall is a big place that is beautifully set out. What was even better was that I didn't know they also did cake toppers. After failing with other cake topper shops, I gave up and bought a paper one from kmart. I inquired about have a personal topper made and was told it would only be $35! The last place quoted me almost double that!!! With the party being less than a week away, I knew it wasn't going to be possible to get a personal cake topper but the guy told me he could organise it. 3 days later he called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Absolutely impressed!!
I absolutely loved how fast my order was! I placed my order on Saturday lunch time and received everything I ordered by Tuesday 1030am with notification at each stage of progress! I highly recommend as I'm still waiting for a product ordered at pink frosting that has taken over a month and still hasn't arrived! You guys have restored my faith and look forward to placing another order this satire and a few more to come :) thanks guys!

Easy to use website, great lollies and service. One of the glass jars I ordered was broken by the courier and Candy Bar Sydney sent a replacement after I emailed through some photos. The second arrived intact and my candy buffet looked and tasted amazing! My family and frineds loved it too!

No email response for weeks, no products, waste of time
Very unprofessional & terrible communication. Product was listed as 'in stock' online and after purchasing, it was not in stock so I emailed them about the estimated arrival time but did not receive any response/products for 3 weeks. Super impressed!
I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and I got it delivered to Adelaide by Monday morning. I never expected it to reach so fast. I'm super impressed with their product range and price. Reasonable shipping costs, the customer service people were so nice. I highly recommend Candy Bar - so easy to deal with! Will definitely order again.

NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself and don't order from them!
I would rank them 0 star if possible. Poor customer service. Putting you on hold for more than 15 minutes then hang up. I highly don't recommend buying from them as they are very unprofessional. Not only they are not updated with their stocks online making you pay for them and tell you last minute they don't have it, they are also very good at ruining your event as your items won't arrive 100%. Your event was ruined by them by not having the items you have paid for, there was also no compensation for the inconvenience and trouble caused! There was no remorse for their mistake and that even made it worse. Arrgghh! Very frustrating!

call you at least 7 times, emailed and sent several text messages. I personally have tried to call you, but you never answer your phone. After weeks of trying to contact you, we sent your order without the chocolate beans. The parcel should've arrived with days to spare, but a delay with the courier delivery meant it missed your event. For that we are truly sorry. Unprofessional and Un-Australian
Ordered products from this company but upon arrival half the purchased goods were damaged during transit.
No reasonable compensation was offered for the paid damaged goods.
Wasn’t pleased with the customer service as the response I got from them was "bad luck" I thought that was pretty rude considering we didn't order a small amount of product either.
Candy Bar Sydney, your response was very unprofessional and Un-Australian.
Felt like I was a second-class citizen.

Super fast service!
I recently placed an order with Candy Bar Sydney for my sons third birthday party. Being so close to the weekend and Christmas I was stressing that my order might not arrive on time. Peter went above and beyond in ensuring I was kept up to date with tracking and made sure my order got to me before the weekend had arrived. The lollies we ordered all tasted great and were a big hit with the little ones. Highly recommend this company for the quality of customer service and their products!

Shocking service.
Twice I’ve ordered, and both experiences fell short - unprofessional & disgraceful. Never purchasing from them again.
Regarding my first order; items were in stock, payment was accepted. Over a week passed and I had to make an enquiry: I was informed that my items were awaiting dispatch from an alternative supplier, and only then was I given the option to wait (even longer) or choose a substitute. I ordered rock candy from Candy Bar Sydney for my wedding as I had been let down by another company (Pink Frosting). Candy Bar Sydney got my order sent out the same day, and I received it the next day! Great tasting lollies, great prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Delicious 10 out of 10
I placed an order for close to $200 worth of lollies and received in QLD 1 day after ordering. I received one box of lollies which were incorrect but they were quick in replacing it to the correct line ordered. Customer service was efficient and polite in all aspects of the sale.
