So far so good
Just bought this machine and have set it up and used it, already happy. Set up was normal with no hiccups, fairly straight forward with the disc and the instructions, quick at installing the software etc, was told an estimated time of 10 minutes for instillation of the drivers etc, but it was nowhere near that time it took less than 5 minutes, fairly easy to work out how to scan and print, done both a scan and print and very happy with it all, it came out exactly as I had hoped, their is a couple of button's on the machine that I am a bit conf...Read more
used about, but I haven't read the manual fully yet, it does connect to wifi but I haven't used that nor will I use it as I prefer to connect via cable, because to start printing remotely is just adding further confusion for me as I am not a tech head, so I just set it up for the basics of print, scan and copy.Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman Physical Store for $60.00.

I purchased a TS3165 yesterday had many issues trying to set up. Phoned tech support they had no joy either. Back to Harvery Norman this morning one of their techs took him over an hour to setup got home it won't work. I have had five difference canon printers in the past with no issues on set up the previous Pixma was connected to 8 household computers, phones and ipads never an issue till it died after three years of hard work. This new one after seven hours of frustration still won't work. Its going back it should not be this hard. I don't have the time so yes I will be out of pocket as Harvey Norman will not refund. Guess I won't be buying anything else from them again.
