Quality product but slow service

I used the pro service and received fast feedback giving me several options to rectify the issue they had found with the print. However, it took 3 emails and 4 days to receive a response on how to move forward. Delivery then took longer than stated. As a result of these delays, the canvas did not arrive by the date i required it.
The canvas itself is lovely, great product and sturdy construction. Just a little lacking in their customer service department.

Just received my beautiful canvas! Very easy to use website. Great prices. I received it 8 days after ordering (right before Xmas) and it was packed really well. The image is beautiful and sharp. The frame is a solid construction. I will order definitely again.

Terrible and dissatisfy customer!

I George Ordered 3 canavas from this place yet the delivery was sent back . While waiting for my canavas I was told it was sent back despite giving my contact details there was no phone Call I was the one that had to chase them. After calling 3 times I get an email 3 days later telling I would have to pay another $20 for delivery. While still waiting I have to say Iam Very dissatisfy with your customer service and never again i will use this service nor will I ever recommend them to you.(Chris) You have a lot to learn about customer service !

We now have 5 beautiful original photos on canvas on our walls from The Canvas Factory over the past 2 years. Each order has come with great communication, suggestions if my photo was not going to look fabulous, excellent quality and speedy delivery at very competitive prices. I have never paid more for priority postage. I'm sure we will use them again after our next holiday.

3 weeks late can't even address a parcel correctly!!
I would never ever use this company again the online people don't even know the date! When I was told my parcel would be there on the 4th it was nearly the 6th!!! Another told me I should have the parcel as it was delivered that morning - yes it was delivered back to your Melbourne office! At one point I was sent their shipping terms 7 times in an email - Bad bad bad. No reply No help - found a better local business.

I ordered the Star Wars collage which l believed to have ordered on a frame, 5 pieces. They arrived frameless and the images were such poor quality that l just chucked them in the bin. Lesson learned but don’t believe all the fake reviews and find someone more reputable.

We purchased 7 canvases in total - the first 2 were just a collage of pictures taken from my facebook page of our travels to china and italy- they came up a treat considering the resolution was low so i decided to also order 5 larger professional pictures for our home of the newborn photoshoot we had done - and OMG ..... they have blown us away!! I picked the mirrored option for the sides of the frames - they are absolutely beautiful and amazing quality!! Fast delivery too - we couldnt be happier THANK YOU xxxx

I have been using canvas Factory for many years now and the quality of the canvas reproductions is excellent. What I want to know is the production out sourced to China or is it in Australia? I am selling images on a web page I have and want to know if I can use the purchasers address so the canvases can be sent direst to them by passing me but obviously all payments will be don through my usual Paypal set up. Will there be any addresses or costs included in the package as I want none.

Hi John

The production Facility that we use is determined by where in the world we would ship the product to and what type of product it is. If its a canvas print sent to Australia, it would be done locally on our Australian Facility. However, if its a metal or Acrylic print sent to Australia, the production would be done on our NZ Facility since our Metal and Acrylic prints are done there. If its a canvas print that is going to be sent to, lets say, Canada, then our Chinese Facility will be the one sorting it out.

Yes, you can input the address of your customers on the order itself and we can ship directly to them. Do bear in mind that for prints being shipped to a different country of origin, it is required to put in the order amount for customs. However, we usually just do blind ship items and not include invoices on orders.

What i would suggest is sending through the image to our email at [email protected] and asking for feedback on it and which size it would print out at. We can then check it for you and provide ample feedback.
