Left my vehicle dirty
Finished work was ok however couldn't even clean inside of my vehicle left in a messy state grease on floor mats and grass on floor! Lost my business in future!

Very poor work, no quality control
I have just received my car back from the Hoppers Crossing branch, It had gone there to be repaired after a no fault claim. It is a ute with a canopy. The right rear section of the tub had been hit quite hard, they decided they would repair the tub instead of replacing it. Needless to say they took the wrong approach. They list of defects after the repair is long, the canopy leaks, they did not replace the seals correctly, the tub liner does not fit properly, the gaps in the tailgate and lift window are out. The left hand taillight does not fit correctly. The list goes on. If you can avoid them do so!

I damaged a rear bumper and the undertray on a new car,assessor agreed re a new bumper and tray plus tow hook cover, fast turn around .On pickup paint colour correct ...but far to much orange peel..correct term?.Spoke to manager an hour latter car bumper had been polished or cut,as new .Front office girls were fantastic.Old saying cheap insurance is bad insurance, but I was happy with outcome .All I would say is inspect your car before driving off as I did .

Panel repair great but returned with every other panel minor scratches
I’ve no idea if there is a cat in the work shop but car retuned with fine scratches on every panel. I know this to be true as I’d polished the car a day before the accident and the new scratches stood out like dog b*lls.

Better watch out for quality of repairs
Waited 4 days for a minor damage rear bumper repair. Upon arrival anyone (apart from the mechanic) could see from 20 m away that it wasn't installed properly with plastic parts sticking 1 cm out of alignment at odd angles. I got offered a quick apology and asked to come back on Monday. The mechanic had the nerve to ask if everything else was OK... How could I know? And right now I'm not sure they know either.

Rude, unprofessional, bad repairs, worst service ever!
Extremely rude assessor at Mascot; refused to listen or look at damages properly. Refused to put legitimate damage forward to insurer. Interrogated trying to get car repairs for legitimate damage.

Capital Smart Airport West were amazing! Dropped off my car for minor repair in the morning . Told me they would try to get it done by next day but it was ready on the same day - fantastic effort !! I thoroughly recommend them.

Review of Carrum Downs SMART repairs
Excellent service and work by SMART Carrum Downs. Drop off and assessment efficient, taxi supplied for return home. Three day turnaround and taxi arranged for pick up back to pick up car, in and out of pick up in five minutes. A stress free experience and highly professional team. Thank you to Matt the senior assessor for his professionalism and more importantly perfect job on my car repair.

APIA Don't Send your Customers to Capital Smart Bentleigh!
The repairs on my Peugeot were done to a poor quality; scratch on bonnet not repaired; had to take car back; so inconvenient.
Customer care zero. Car filthy when I picket it up; a pair of my gloves which I had left in the car just thrown on the floor. No thought, no respect, no care. Avoid.

Disgusting
Had a scratch on my bumper, was told easy fix.
1st repair had been done in less the 24 hours. When I picked it up the paint colour was completely different to the car. When I had a look closer, fluff Embedded in the paint work, ripples in the paint work, and you can see the under filler in circles through the thin coat of paint. They apologised and assured me they will rectify the situation.

Hopeless service
Told to take car to Capital Smart smash repairs Nerang for assessment as Capital Smart is owned by Suncorp!!!, Then told have to pickup car to take another repairer, ??? Then told no it going to another repairer again 3rd one?? (confusing). I contacted and nominated by repairer. Told I have to take myself and 3 weeks before a accessor could look at! No care taken
I was told that CAPITAL SMART would repair my back bumper by AAMI.
Very disappointing they told me they were new parts. So why did I see a chip when I questioned this they got the paint & touched it up.
Also I never had a crack on my light when I took it to be repaired.

Damage repair.
I would like to congratulate the way S.M.A.R.T smash repairs Ingleburn look after me, the ladies at reception could not do enough for me well done ladies. The manager (Joe) was the same I drop the car in on Friday the following Wednesday it was ready to be picked up after repairs what great service.

The repair exceeded expectations.
SMART Hoppers Crossing. Over a week ago. I was skeptical of the no choice of repairer arrangement and also some of the reviews here. I can’t speak of the other SMART repairers however I’m delighted to say that Joe and his team have done a great job on my repair and the colour match on the bumper is excellent. The repair shop was very clean and well presented. I doubt that I could have had a better outcome elsewhere. Thank you.

Bayswater SMART
I have cautiously given SMART Bayswater 4 stars.
I was displeased to be forced by RACV insurance to take my car to SMART Bayswater. This was because overall, SMART repairers have poor reviews here. However there seems a little evidence that the Bayswater repairer is better than most of the others. I wish to advise that I found the Bayswater repairer quite good, not as wonderful as the promotional video at the repair shop, but quite good. It's now been a few weeks since the repair and no ongoing problems have been found.

3rd time my car has been fixed here,taken back every time to fix poor workmanship!
The repairs were woeful,bubbles in the paint, could clearly see filler in the bumper bar (that should have been replaced not repaired due to cracked reinforcing), buff marks in the paint,AND this was even after i gave them a heads up on the trouble i had with the repairs on 2 previous occasions,either they just don't care or their eyes and ears are painted on.
Now stuck with out a car for 3 days as the hire car has been returned whilst they replace the bumper with a new one(as they should have done in the first place) and repaint the car, never again

Perfect Outcome.
This great smash repairs place is a revelation, efficiency plus, great service, does what it tells you it will do, and the time they tell you, and aren't those last two factors reason enough to give an excellent rating to Capital S.M.A.R.T. Repairs? My prang may have been financially and inconveniently painful, but the repairing process was anything but painful!

Absolutely disgraceful service
Shockingly bad service, colour was off by two shades and they trashed the interior. I forced aami to send to my preferred repairer. At least aami had the decency to oblige

My Ford Falcon Forte 111 [20002] has been at SMART since 9/03/20 for repairs to 2 doors I was notified on Friday 27th March to ring for pick up time that day to pick up car but when I rang I was told car was not ready as replacement door was damaged and vehicle would not be ready until 29th May,20020.This seems to be rediculous but I do understand due to the Virus and the shut down of businesses but 3months is bit too much could you please help me with this situation.I know that your company is doing its best best at the moment and I have been happy with past repairs.Mrs Marion Dunn Rego 005 GNZ

the light body, both rear badges started peeling off after 2 days and they broke the rear number plate light holder and the best one,.. the bumper fascia cant clip into the rear inner bumper because the rear of the car is pushed in at the center of the bumper area, and to top it off they cracked the windscreen and refuse to take responsibility, seriously these guys should be wearing clown outfits for their work uniforms, the now car is off to another repairer to fix this mess (and i have to cop the new windscreen even though i have a photo from them that shows no crack in the screen at initial drop off), dropped in for an assessment today at a reputable panel shop, oh how we all had a chuckle at the work they tried to pass off as life time warranted repairs honestly im at the point where im not even angry anymore i recon its hilarious [name removed] you should be ashamed
