Purchased a 2002 Jayco Heritage van. The maintenance and upkeep had got away from the previous owner, so lots of refurbishment was required. I am an "OnLine" shopper so everything gets delivered. I do not waste time and diesel driving around to various supply shops. Most of the pieces I needed came from Caravans Plus. All of the water lines, water pump, and fittings, window winders, and many other bits were worn. Shopping online means I have access to the best prices and Caravans Plus had the best price on the majority of parts I needed.

Whilst I haven't yet opened my flooring, if it is the same quality as the one our son purchased from caravans Plus then I know i have a good product. Delivery of parts as we travelled around Australia was never a problem and the staff were always of great help, and they do take the sting out of dealing with Dometic.
