Carpet Call have now carpeted every room in our house, the help and consideration we experienced has been second to none, obviously hand picked salesmen in your showroom in Joondalup, every carpet layers have been great, they have all been so considerate, clean, no damage or even marks on our newly painted walls, I cannot recommend Carpet Call highly enough.
The only thing left to say is, you cannot improve on perfection, keep up the great work guys.
My wife and I would have no hesitation in using Carpet Call again. Thanks to each and every one involved.

I went to a store with the view of wanting someone to measure my house for carpet, but the staff member was initially patronising when explaining their measuring system, and then this quickly turned into him being dismissive and then he actually seemed to delight in embarrassing me in front of several other staff members who started laughing with him. It was very hurtful and ever since I have never hesitated to warn people of this store. This happened a few years ago now and I am still left with strong negative feelings about the treatment I received and will never go back.

Went into Prospect store to have a look at carpet. Was met with Masi who went above and beyond to explain our options and offer a no pressure for purchase environment.
Massi went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our final product.
The carpet was laid with a quality result.
In a world where the consumer has numerous options for purchase of carpet for comparative prices, it was the customer service provided to me that made the purchase easy. Well done to Masi for his great customer service.

I contacted Carpet Call Capalaba on Monday 30th March, John arranged for Kemp, salesman, who arrived four hours later....with heaps of samples. We quickly came to a suitable choice and price. OnFriday the installation team arrived and had the (quite large) room finished about four hours later. The room looked stunning and was so appreciated by my son who moved in to stay and use as a bedroom. He is just over the moon with the result. Thank you Carpet Call Capalaba, you are the best!!

We had to chase up for the carpet to be laid on the morning promised and he didn't show up till lunchtime. As soon as we got home you could see it was pulling away from edges and nailed down in a lot of places. We paid for premium carpet that is iling and pulling in areas. Tried contacting Carpet Call and have had no response. We will be paying this off for 2 years and instead nice new carpet we have rubbish. Would never use them again

And the carpet layer did a fabulous job And he was very friendly and had no problem with with wearing a mask and sanitiser his hand’s especially in this time of the cord19

We had our house (4 bedrooms, lounge/dining room) carpeted by Carpet Call. The 2 men who laid it, arrived on time and did a good job. They were very professional and left the house neat and tidy. The man from Jindalee Carpet Call who came out to measure up our house was very helpful and friendly.

Bought carpet from Taylor’s Lakes store. Sales person misled us and lied to us about furniture moving charges, which is apparently acceptable by VCAT. Installers caused damage to adjoining existing flooring and to our home gym flooring.

They try to show they are caring, but deny everything and you get left with having to fix their damage yourself.

Very bad experience, would never use them again. They ruined all enjoyment of getting a new carpet for almost $9000.
