Hi Peter, every customer is individual and unfortunately this is not a question that can be answered yes or no. My suggestion is to call our customer care department on 08 9420 1480 and have a chat with one of our friendly staff.

Are Cash Train open? I submitted a loan application at 1pm on Friday and it is now Tuesday morning and I haven't heard back from them yet. I checked the status on the website which has been saying it is being reviewed by the underwriting team but it has said that since Friday. I have tried calling them but I just get a recorded announcement saying they are currently closed???

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience David. We are experiencing higher than usual application submissions and are working very hard to get through them all in a timely manner. Could you please email [email protected] with your full name and date of birth and l will investigate your account.
Nothing new, a year later and it’s the same slowwwwwww, ask a question everyday, and still no answer. Just a prewritten excuse, as to why it takes 4 days to give a yes or no answer.

What does it mean when it has "funded" when I check process of my application? Has it been approved and funded or still being processed?
5 answers
I'm not sure about this as I don't remember getting that email but just wait for the email that says its approved
It's been approved and Will be funded into your account soon.
Customer CareCash Train
Hi Jmaine, if your application says funded it means that the money has been sent to your account. Depending on who you bank with, you can expect the funds to clear between 24 and 48 hours.

When I'm asked for my bank details, does that mean I have been approved?
4 answers
Customer CareCash Train
Hi Simone. Bank details are what we need to assess your eligibility. After the assessment is when your will be told whether you have been approved.
Hi Simone, no, sending your bank details to Cash Train doesn't mean your loan has been approved. Cash Train like any other lenders will need your bank details to assess your eligibility.

What is the interest rate?

Hi, I think the best people to ask is cash Train because fees and charges will depend on your loan amount. Their very friendly staff can help you with your enquiries. Ph: 08 9420 1480. Thankyou for your question.
Ms. Concernedasked
Is it normal to disclose your bank account login details during your loan application???
Ms. Concerned..
1 answer
in this technological world it is quite normal for a wide range of business that ask you to disclose these details, it certainly speeds up the process of verification requirements used to process these short term loans I didn't find it concerning at all, with all the encryption used it would be highly unlikely that any information could be used for malicious purposes
hope this helps
Linda Pasked
Hi. My loan was approved and I was advised last night at 7pm they would be depositing the funds into my Westpac account. Could you please advise when the funds will be available.
1 answer
Customer CareCash Train
Hi Linda! Unfortunately, once funds have been deposited by us, clearing times depend on your banking institution. I would suggest you give your bank a call and find out how long funds such as these take to clear. Some banks are same day and some can take up to 48 hours :)

I got the message saying I had been approved and money deposited Friday afternoon about 4. But it still hasn't come into my account. Will it be there in morning or on Monday? I'm with nab

Customer CareCash Train
Hi Lee, If the money was deposited Friday, it will usually be in there on Monday as funds aren't always cleared on a Saturday. Let me know how you go :)
Nothing as of yet and nab have nothing on their system yet for any funds to come to me so will just have to wait until your contact line is open to see what's gone on and if you actually have deposited it yet.
Having the same issue, did you end up receiving this?
