Just received my brick coloured pouf and I am enjoyING the comfort to my ‘restless’ legs, vegging on the couch in front of the TV. It looks good and the service was great. ETA was 25/4 and it arrived 27/4.

The Brooks Leather Pouf is a great quality product, beautiful straight out of the box and beneath my feet. Communication from customer service was also timely and helpful, especially during the challenging pandemic.

I have purchased a number of items from Castlery over the last couple of years and have had nothing but fantastic service! I called them to add an item to the last order and they worked through combining shipping, applying a multi-item discount that the order now was eligible for and it shipped quickly despite COVID related delays. Their local delivery contractors were a pleasure to deal with too.

Each piece of furniture bought was solid, well put together and looked great. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I purchased their Luka Console Unit and I'm very happy with the purchase. It felt and looked high quality. It's a bit unfortunate I wasn't able to see it in person and had to take a leap of faith. Thankfully, their website was very easy to browse, had plenty of photos, and sales was helpful.

1,Good customer supporting system: once you have any inquire, they offer immediately customer services including tel support and instants message support(it commit will be reply in 6 mins). as you may aware of it, many provider even some big supplier like FREEDOM and etc. NOT provide telephone support services...
2,Fast delivery(normally after three days they will start to delivery, the parcel always packaged quite good to ensure everything safe).
3,excellent refund system, they will refund your money in 1-3 biz days.

Hardy rugs, great for areas with heavy foot traffic. I got one for the hallway entrance and another for the kitchen. Love that it stays in position when I used my powerful Dyson vacuum cleaner without having to place a heavy object to keep it still. Great price and value for money.

Lovely couch. Decent quality for what we paid for. The only feedback would be to improve communication/logistics between Castlery and the delivery supplier. I had to ring up Castlery to follow up my delivery, however the positive was the issue was rectified soon after. Great customer service, well done team.

I purchased a framed canvas from Castlery. The delivery took around a week longer than expected, but once the item arrived I was very impressed. It looks great and suits my house perfectly.

Great quality, good value chairs - very solid, and they came already assembled which was a plus. Fast delivery. Well-packed - there’s no way they would have been damaged in transit. The colour was accurately represented on screen (which I am relieved about). They are more of a very light grey with a hint of green/brown than what I would normally call “khaki”.
