Great artwork print

Appalling customer service - think carefully before purchasing
THESE ARE THE ACCURATE FACTS - will the review be posted?
After purchasing a king bed and 2 side tables we very much wanted the dresser that matched the set. As we needed 2 of them we had to save for a while before being able to purchase them after getting the bed. One of the dressers has a huge 500 x 60cm dark square centered in the middle of the top draw that your eye is drawn to and as the dressers are side by side it looks very noticable. High quality finish and solid construction, with some delivery and assembly glitches
We bought the Spot bed, as the style stood out amongst the other stock in the store, let alone any other stores we looked at.
There were some issues in delivery, even before COVID-19; the date jumped around a bit and a date we were originally available was moved to one that we weren't. They did eventually change the date again back to one we could manage, but the availability and delivery was rather "you'll get it when you get it".

-made packing frames. The boxes were so solid I kept them for storing other items afterwards. The bed itself was beautifully crafted, and really solid. Unfortunately we found there were some screws missing, so a couple of rushed trips to Bunnings were in order. It meant we spent most of the day assembling it, but Castlery were very apologetic and gave us a substantial refund to accommodate the inconvenience. Aside from the missing screws and the usual poorly-worded and slightly inaccurate assembly instructions, we did find one of the adustable feet shattered when we tried to move it, as there's a huge amount of weight on the few fairly light feet. They're only small plastic parts, but we would have expected something more substantial, and it did scratch out floor. So, overall, this is really a beautiful product, with great finishes (we bought matching sideboards and side tables, thankfully with no assembly required, and they were also beautifully designed). There are some teething problems like the missing screws and broken feet that lose it a star, but their customer service was very good in rectifying one of these issues.Similar opinion? Sumptuous Look & Feel

Assembly was easy, even for a home handyman dunce like myself.
The sofa looks tremendous and is ultra comfy. Huge value for money.

I will always be back for Castlery
Love my Zen glass jar. Can't wait to order more! Better quality yet cheaper than any other homeware shops. Tea pot is beautiful and I am happy with the 1Lite capacity. I would like it more if it allows me to use it without infuser. Now if I remove the infuser the lid will drop. Anyway it is a very satisfying purchase.

Love my new lounge! It looks even better than the pictures.

Beautiful table
