Reinbusement Supprise !
Recieved a product that had been tampered with and 2/5 missing ( 3rd party not catch). Contacted catch and they sent a new package free of charge. It was my first use of catch and i am happy with the outcome considering C19 and will use again.
Parcel missing, still waiting since April 1st
I ordered a birthday present on the 1st April, contacted the seller Daily Plaza via Catch on Apr 13th to ask where the item was, he told me to be patient and that it was sent.
Now Apr 30th i contacted Aus Post and they say it hasn't left the sellers warehouse. This is disgusting service, i understand some delays due to Corona Virus but not 1 month.
Professional Customer Service
The whole experience was professional and the staff followed thru with our queries quickly. The product was from the UK and with the C-Virus Catch was caught up with other parcels at Heathrow Airport UK to which they are personally monitoring with the UK based producer. Unable to rate product as still in the pipeline.
Never again even though extra postage issues this has been my first and last experience with catch dont want to rate
Postage delays 3 tracking numbers all incorrect apparently.a month on and still getting adifferent story everyday .Have bought heaps online and will continue to do so just not with Catch
Good value for cleaning and basic groceries
I have used Catch on a few occasions for products like dishwasher tablets (expensive in supermarkets) and Mould Power (not available in major supermarkets and otherwise hard to find)
Good follow up and customer service whe AustPost tracking failed to show progress after prompt order processing and despatch, they finally turned up safe and sound

I'm uncertain if the Coles takeover has lead to Catch turning to crud when it comes to their customer service or what, but it's left a very bad taste in my mouth. I've been using Catch for years but after this experience I'm no longer going to be using the company OR recommending it to others, actually I'll be telling them to avoid this company at all costs.
I'm a patient person and understand that shipping can be slow given Covid. But my problem didn't even happen due to slow shipping. I was given an incorrect tracking number! I tried to cont...act customer service and got a automated reply telling me to wait 14 days (from day the item shipped). So, I waited and replied to email as instructed BUT it came back with the EXACT same automated reply. So, I launched a PayPal claim hoping I'd get some sort of response. I managed to get a reply (3 days later) BUT the person responding blamed Covid for the slow shipping. Clearly they didn't read or look at the screenshots I'd provided. I hadn't even complained about shipping! I just wanted my correct tracking number. Funnily enough when my package turned up they were VERY quick to email me that my package had turned up on my door. Yet no word that the tracking they'd sent was wrong.

I ordered from the Marketplace, however the items were sold out. Unfortunately the email for this notification went to my Spam folder. After contacting the customer service, the matter was investigated and I got my refund promptly. It was great and easy communication.
I have placed several orders through Catch, no problems with quality of the products purchased, competitive prices delivery was ok, occasionally delayed but not due to Catch, Australia post delayed the delivery due to Covid. Customer services was responsive and helpful

Ordered wrong sized product by mistake, Catch could not of been more willing and able to help assist in correcting the error even though under there terms and conditions the problem remains with the purchaser

Good products excellent service during pandemic
Thanks to Arny for following delivery during difficult times was very helpful. I would recommend Catch to family and friends. I'm satisfied with quality of goods and services on each occasion.

Hi does any one know how to contact catch as i am sending them emails from 4 weeks now and no response from them. Parcel is freeze at Melbourne facility from 20 days but not coming to perth. Thanks in advance
