Terrible experience and service so far. Advertised a excellent condition Samsun S9.. didn't come even though they said they sent it got an email saying order cancelled. After days and days of me trying to reach someone (there's no phone number for them) they email apologising they labelled it wrong and it's an average condition phone and please direct back when delivery arrives. They said they fast posted it. It hasn't been fast posted. Nobody refunding me. Can't talk to anyone accept over email and they take days to reply. Going to fair trading

i brought a great conditioned Iphone 7+ i didn’t expect much considering the cheap price but it was amazing. shipping was fast, perfect condition better then expected i highly recommended

brought a from these guy's and mobile data was not working yet my other replacement phone which was the same was working fine this is a simple thing they could should have checked before selling this product these guys are doggy buy at your own risk

I say stuck, because it is sitting in the box, faulty, waiting to go back, but no-one will reply to my messages to tell me how to return it. Turns out this company uses XSELLCO for logistics and communication etc. Despite messaging many times, I am still stuck with the phone after 2 weeks of purchase with no way of returning it. I gave at least 2 stars because the phone arrived quickly and in great cosmetic condition.

I bought an original Pixel as a demo or return quality. It came in absolutely perfect condition. I couldn't see any wear on it whatsoever.
Delivery was prompt.
I am very happy.

Simple search on ebay: good price, well described on the site, with the delivered product better than I had expected. Phone has a single mark on it yet did not have the highest rating from CTD. Really happy with it, and for an excellent price.

On time, efficient. Customer service was excellent. Ordered at about 1:30 pm Thursday and phone delivered before 11am next morning. Phone looks new. Only thing is it doesn't have a plug for the charger chord
